A variety of performance jets are arranged to provide penetrating massage to neck, back, shoulders, arms, thighs, knees, calves and/or feet. What are the "pillows" mentioned in the spa descriptions?
Pillows are form-fitted padding that are built into the spa shell to provide an extra measure of comfort for your head and neck.

Why are "removable panels" important?

What is the safest maximum water temperature?
It is recommended that your spa temperature not exceed 40°C or 104°F.

How often should I perform a water quality check?
Checking your spa’s water quality is a simple, convenient, and vital step. Five (5) minutes is all it takes to ensure your safety and your spa’s longevity. You should ideally check your water quality every day However, depending on your spa’s frequency of use, you may check water quality every other day.
