When we went to your Warners Bay store, we were greeted by a friendly sales staff member, named Casey, who went out of her way to assist us.
In these difficult economic times it was refreshing to deal with someone who was prepared to negotiate a deal.
We are waiting eagerly for the spa to reach it's desired temperature so we can enjoy it.

I am writing to you as I am SO impressed by you and your delivery men today. They were so easy to deal with. They delivered the spa with my full
confidence and trust. They even screwed the paling back on (which they had to remove to get the
spa in). Nothing was a problem and they cling-wrapped the top of the spa for me. They are an asset to your company! Can you please let Spa World Mgt know my feedback.
