I don't usually write reviews, but Angela at Spa World definitely deserves one. Buying a spa is a pretty big investment and I was honestly expecting a stressful, high-pressure showroom experience. Angela completely flipped that on its head. She was so incredibly patient with all my random questions and just felt like a friend helping me make the right choice rather than someone trying to hit a sales target. Super down-to-earth and genuinely cares about getting you what you actually need. 10/10 experience.

I just wanted to share some exceptional customer service I received today from Nirit. I rang the company a few days ago to ask if they could help with a repair quote for our swim-spa. Nirit explained they couldn't the reason being they only serviced their own brand. But she gave me a few suggestions of other companies. She also gave me her mobile contact, and said I could call her back if I had no luck in finding a company that could help. I rang her back a few days later and she was so helpful. She gave me a few companies and mobile numbers I hadn't found on google. I rang one of them and the company was more then happy to go out and give me a quote. That is exceptional customer service in todays climate.

Our 4.5 metre swim spa is fantastic. In the warmer months I am in the spa every day and sometimes many times a day. It's also easy to get in and out of and to look after. So far we have no complaints. Cathy was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. She was always approachable and cheerful.

Leon has been awesome from my first call of enquiries to arranging the delivery and help with the set up of my spa. Kerry also is outstanding. I could not be happier, even a shout out to Rob the truck/crain operator for a smooth delivery and placement of my spa. My overall experience with this team is exceptional.

I want to give a special mention to Lisa from Spa world for the incredible service I received from my very first enquiry right through to after my spa was delivered and installed. I spent a LONG time researching spas — I must have visited just about every spa showroom across Perth, including south of the river, some more than once! Lisa was consistently informative, knowledgeable and never pushy. What really helped me finally make my decision was being able to do a wet test. From there, the whole process was easy, positive and thorough, with Lisa making sure everything was confirmed and that I knew exactly what to expect. The tradespeople Lisa recommended were also fantastic — professional, knowledgeable and happy to share those little tips that make the whole process so much easier. What really stood out, though, was the aftercare. When I filled my spa for the first time, I encountered an issue and contacted Lisa. She responded straight away and even FaceTimed me to talk me through what I needed to do. That level of service after the sale is incredibly rare and was genuinely above and beyond. Thank you, Lisa, for your patience, knowledge and outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. After all my research, I’m so pleased with my decision and would absolutely recommend you to anyone looking to purchase a spa.

What a lovely experience it was to deal with Nirit from Spa World Alexandria. Not only was the experience efficient, she also listened to what we wanted and needed. No trying to sell us what we don’t want which is rare in today’s world. Being able to get into the spas and feel the quality of the spa was an important factor. We loved the experience and would happily recommend the company and Nirit to anyone who is in the market for a spa.

I'm very happy with the Fisher 7 spa and 4-tier steps that i bought. Doris at the Dandenong branch was extremely helpful showing me all the different options in my price range. Ultimately i made my decision based on comfort for me, and my love of the recliner seat in the Fisher 7. What i did that was different was i packaged up my spa with the 4-tier steps that usually go with the swim spa. Reason for this is the railing gave a far greater safety advantage for myself and my elderly family members who may use the spa. To have something secure to hold onto whilst stepping in and out of the spa was paramount and the 4th step is actually used as a platform for drinks / snacks / towels / mobile phone so the convenience and safety was a huge selling point to upgrade to these steps. The spa is quiet and the cover goes on and off with ease that i can do it alone. I'm very impressed with all the help from the sales and service team at Spaworld.

Professional, easy to contact team. Karen was fantastic. We had been there 4 months earlier and she remembered us so soon as we walked back in. Everyone including the emails and phone calls, text messages always keeping us up to date. The afterservice was also fantastic. Thanks Spa World and a big thanks to Kirt from All Spa Moving Solutions. Not any easy job as our access was quite tight however he made it work and we now have our Spa. Our swim spa journey began with meeting the lovely Karen at the Albion Park showroom for a test swim and learning everything we needed to know about swim spas and what is involved in the purchase so there was no hidden surprises. The whole team have been amazing to deal with. Isaih kept me up to date with payments, Tish from Spa Approvals was so helpful and was quick to respond to my multiple questions. There was some delays on our part but nothing was a hassle. Delivery day arrived and couldn't have gone smoother. Kirt was so friendly and I immediately felt confident that he knew his stuff. The electrician that he recommended was also great to work with. Shout out to Bryce Harper. Glenn, the technician completed the install and was very knowledgeable and so helpful with set up instructions and chemical use. This has been a long review but I've just been blown away by the quality of service, the quality of the swim spa and the overall experience of this company. We are from Sanctuary Point and although there are other spa places closer (which we also visited), it was definitely worth the extra travel for the level of service. Definitely recommend 👌

Before visiting Spa World, we took our time and toured numerous other showrooms, but none of them compared to the service we received from Angela Wood.While other places felt routine, Angela actually took the time to ask us questions and understand our needs. Excellent experience, originally put a deposit on a Spa at a different business, who were just “Spa Retailers” who offered no after sale support, no direction and were misleading from the initial quote with the costs blowing out with all the necessary extras, Revisited Spa World Newcastle, who we initially thought were more expensive, but turns out with everything included in the price, there are no surprises, much higher quality product, and the Support from Charlie has been amazing, with a no pressure approach, while giving the best price possible. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, the service Peter the store manager gave to us was outstanding. We've been thinking about a spa for a while and after we built our new house it was time to decide. I did a lot of Googling but that process was very overwhelming and thought it's time to visit a showroom and so glad we did. We had decided we'd look at a 6 seater spa before walking in but once we saw the Vortex swim spa on display I was sold. Peter gave us the rundown on how it all works, I was able to step inside the empty shell to see the depth and test out the spa lounge and see if it was a good length, everything was perfect. Peter was able to give me a complete price on the spot and didn't push for a sale which I appreciated. That was last Sunday and by Tuesday our deposit was paid and on our way to relaxing in our dream swim spa. Thank you!!

We have been thinking about getting a hot tub (Spa) for a long time. Our local salesperson at Spa World, Janina, made the process of choosing the right one easy and pressure-free. The delivery and set-up of our new Vortex spa was made easy by their team. The company carry all the supplies (such as chlorine and pH modifying chemicals) that are needed to keep the spa clean and functioning optimally. I see us enjoying our spa for many years to come!
