We are very happy with our spa and pergola which we purchased in January 2023. It didn't arrive until April but we were kept informed on the progress at all times. There was a few hiccups along the way due to unavoidable delays with our colour selection and availability of some products etc but all was resolved amicably. The staff at Spa World were fabulous and made every effort possible to reassure us of their commitment and support to rectify any problems. A lady by the name of Wilheminia in the after sales service was outstanding in her customer service to us. We would gladly recommend Spa World to anyone thinking to purchase a spa and or pergola. Massive thanks to Charlie and the Team at Spa World to making our Spa purchase and installation seem less. Would suggest double check all measurements before purchasing as our lifter didn’t suit the location but the team still provided a credit. Still, Exceptional customer service from start to finish Charlie always went above and beyond and we never felt pressured for the purchase.

We purchased our Vortex Spa from Spa world Warners Bay in April, instore help & advice was fantastic. Delivery was easy! The technician that came out, Brendan, was super professional & very, very helpful. We couldn’t be happier!!

Charlie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He's very knowledgeable with the Jacuzzi brand as well as the other spas and brands in the showroom. Charlie is a man of his word and we loved his service. We've owned for close to 6 month's now and it hasn't missed a beat. The cons= I wasn't a fan of was the way the delivery driver's nearly flipped their truck on my not so steep driveway after attempting to unload the spa off the back of a small truck due to parking it in a bad position. Luckily it didn't damage my spa or my driveway. Another thing we're finding is that a simple part like a filter is so hard to get, we've been waiting for over 3 month's for our spare ones to arrive and were told it would arrive after 5 or 6 weeks, hopefully we don't have to wait too much longer for these filter's as my spa now reads they to be replaced according to the smart tub requirements on the Jacuzzi app on my phone. I would've given a 5 star review but think it only deserves a 3.5 due to the last 2 points I've made around the delivery and not being able to get our hands on these filter's coming from America. Probably should've got a vortex.

We've purchased a few spas from Spa World Newcastle and are always so impressed with the service and selection. Charlie goes above and beyond to make the predelivery smooth and backs it up with great after sales service.

We have had our spa for 9 years and it's never missed a beat. Very easy to maintain. In this cold weather, there's nothing better than jumping in at 39+ degrees at night. We love our Vortex spa and I've sent three friends to see Charlie at Spa World Warner's Bay. He is a great sales person, very friendly.

Charles, the salesman that we dealt with was friendly, easy to deal with. He wasn't pushy in anyway. As we had previously had a Sundance spa before the transition to a " Jacuzzi " was easy. Offered us a great deal which we took. Great for arthritis,restless legs, lower back pain, reduces stress, improves sleep and many other body problems as we get older. It assist with our overall well-being. Will update with a photo when we receive our spa, can hardly wait.

We purchased a Spa a while ago and I have to say the service from both Charlie and the staff at Spa world has been both professional and very helpful .. We did have an issue in the early days but it didn`t effect our enjoyment and Spa world got on it straight away and fixed it .. Having looked at many different Spa`s this one was by far the best value and works really well , some one who suffers with a bad back it has made a world of difference and Charlie`s advice was spot on , Thank you guys , can`t recommend you enough .

Very well set out business, with heaps of spas on display, along with a couple that are completely setup and running. Prices are also pretty reasonable.

Great looking spa and reasonably price. Their contracted Delivery Drivers were quick and helpful. Overall just can't quite give a 5. Being a new spa owner, we have no idea how to set up a spa, and paying $7k for a 5 seater, instead of just been given a manual to read on how to set up, we would have expected as part of customer service, someone physically help us set it up.

We have just installed our swim spa that we purchased from Spa World at Warners Bay. Charlie Xuereb was very helpful and knowledgeable without pressuring us spend more money then we wanted. We were able to purchase the spa during a sale and delay delivery until we were ready to install, there was no pressure to rush. We are very happy with our spa and would recommend anyone to visit Spa World if they are looking to buy one.

Great place to go if you are in the market for a spa. Great service and advice.
