  • Delivery to the nearest Spa World warehouse: You are responsible for delivering the product to the nearest Spa World warehouse. This includes all costs associated with the removal and return of the item.
  • Eligible individuals: The right of return applies only to individual natural persons who are the title owners of the eligible spa. Businesses, corporations, and partnerships do not qualify for the money-back guarantee.
  • Product condition: Your eligible product must be in as-new condition and should not have suffered any damage, as determined by Spa World or a Spa World agent. This includes internal or external scratches, scrapes, dents, odours, rips, burns, and any other signs of damage.
  • Return in working order: The eligible spa must be returned to the depot in the same working order as it was on the delivery date, including packaging and accessories.
  • No liens or security interests: The eligible product must not be subject to any liens or other security interests.
  • Minimum of 30 days since delivery: At least 30 days must have passed since the delivery date of the eligible product.
  • Full inspection required: Before a refund is given, your eligible product must undergo a full inspection by a Spa World representative.

How long does the refund take once the product is returned?

After the product is returned, our specialist will inspect the product within two weeks. Once the product passes the inspection, the refund will be processed to your account within 5-10 days.
