How to use or redeem a voucher on your Spa World™ order

If you have a voucher for your Spa World™ order, here's a quick guide to help you redeem it and maximise your savings.

How to use or redeem a voucher on your order at checkout

Step 1: Select items to order.

Choose the item/s you want to purchase and click "Add to cart".

Step 2: Go to the checkout and enter your details

Important note: You need to checkout using the email address that you received the voucher code on. Otherwise, the voucher code will not work.

Step 3: Click "Redeem Voucher"

The Redeem Voucher option is found under the Order Summary section.

Step 4: Enter the Voucher code and Secret Key

Once you clicked Redeem Voucher, you can now enter your voucher details.

Reminder: The voucher code and secret key consist of letters and numbers and are usually found in the body of the email.

Step 5: Select payment option

If additional payment is needed, select a payment method from the list and supply the necessary information required and confirm the order.

NOTE: If the order is successful, you will receive an email confirmation which will include the order number.
