Make sure you have let us know that you’d like to receive our spa advice and special offers. Scroll down to the bottom of shop@spaworld.com.au and enter your email address in the white box and click ‘subscribe’.
Click on the “Settings” icon on the top right of the screen.
Once you’re in the settings menu, Click “Mail” then click “Safe Senders”.
In the ‘Add email address’ field enter “shop@spaworld.com.au” then click on the (+) Add button.

Go into your junk folder, then right click that email, go to More, and then click “Mark as Not Spam”.
Click the "Gear icon" to take you to settings, then click "View all Outlook settings" down the bottom.
Click "Mail" then "Junk email". Under safe senders and domains click "Add", then type shop@spaworld.com.au and press "enter" to save the change. Repeat this process for support@spaworld.com.au.
Go into your junk folder in outlook, open the email and click "It’s not junk" to move it back to your inbox and let Outlook know to bring future emails straight into your inbox.
Check in your spam folder for emails and move them back to your inbox.
