Black Friday Sale 2026: terms and conditions
1. Promotion period
The early bird offer runs from 12:01am on 23 October 2026 to 11:59pm on 30 November 2026, local time, or until stock runs out, whichever comes first. The Black Friday Sale runs from 12:01am on 30 October 2026 to 11:59pm on 30 November 2026, local time. Full details and terms for the Black Friday Sale will be published here on 30 October 2026.
2. Where it applies
The offer is available at participating Spa World® showrooms in Australia, and online at Australia. Prices are in AUD and include GST.
3. Early bird models
The early bird offer applies to the Fisher® 5D and the Vortex® Nitro HP in Australia.
4. Essentials pack
Early bird models bought at the early bird price come with an essentials pack (steps, a cover lifter and a water care kit) at no extra charge. The Vortex® models come with aluminium steps, and the Fisher® 5D comes with plastic steps. Spa World® chooses the pack items. The pack cannot be swapped for cash, a discount or other products. The essentials pack is not covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee. If a spa is returned under the guarantee, the essentials pack must be returned with it, unused.
5. Savings
Savings on early bird models are the difference between the early bird price and the recommended retail price (RRP) of the spa, plus the RRP of the essentials pack. Savings on clearance stock are the difference between the clearance price and the price the item was previously offered for sale at by Spa World®. “Up to 40% off” refers to the highest saving available and includes clearance stock. Not all products are discounted by 40%.
6. Clearance stock
Clearance stock is available now in limited quantities at selected showrooms only, and availability varies by store and market. Clearance items may include ex-display, discontinued or end-of-line products. Any marks, wear or other condition issues will be disclosed before purchase. The standard manufacturer’s warranty applies unless a different warranty is stated at the time of purchase. Clearance and ex-display stock is not covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee and does not include the essentials pack. No rain checks.
7. Limited stock
Stock is limited and varies by model and market. Once a model sells out, it is no longer available at the Black Friday early bird price. No rain checks.
8. Other offers
The Black Friday early bird price cannot be used with any other offer, discount, trade-in, price match or voucher, and does not apply to orders placed or paid before 23 October 2026.
9. Deposit and payment
A deposit of 30% of the purchase price is required to secure the Black Friday early bird price. The balance is due before delivery.
10. Pre-Christmas delivery
Delivery before 25 December 2026 is available on a first in, first served basis for spas in stock by 20 November 2026. It is subject to your location and site being ready (a level, suitable base and a power supply). We will confirm your delivery window when you order. If something outside our control, such as freight delays or weather, affects your delivery, we will tell you as soon as we know and arrange the next available date.
11. Delivery, installation and extras
Delivery is not included in the Black Friday early bird price and is charged at our standard rates. Rates depend on your location and site access, so ask your local showroom for a quote. Any products or services not listed in this offer are charged at normal price. Electrical connection must be carried out by a licensed electrician and is not included unless stated on your order.
12. Finance
Finance is available to approved applicants. Interest-free finance is provided by Zip Money and is not available on all models, and low-interest finance is arranged by Parker Lane (Australian Credit Licence 482276). Lending criteria, terms, fees and charges apply.
13. Warranty
The standard manufacturer's warranty for each model applies.
14. Images and advertising
Images, videos and other advertising materials are for illustration only. Products, colours, finishes and inclusions shown may vary from the actual products supplied. This includes the steps, cover lifter and water care kit in the essentials pack. The products you receive are those listed on your order.
15. Changes to the offer
Spa World® may change or withdraw this offer. Any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
16. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
