We had a very good experience at Spa World. The manager Elaine is very knowledgable about the different brands of spa and provided us with the information needed for us to make a good decision on which spa to buy. We would highly recommend Spa World Marsden.

I would like to give sincere positive feedback to Elaine for her excellent customer service. She is very friendly, patient, and takes the time to truly listen to customers’ needs. She gives honest suggestions and even shared helpful tips on how to clean and maintain the spa properly. What I really appreciate is that she did not push unnecessary products, but instead gave ideas on how to avoid overspending and wasting money. She recommended items that were suitable for our needs and also offered a very good deal. Thank you, Elaine for your genuine and professional service.

Elaine was wonderful. Went in to buy a spa and Elaine made it happen. The best day ever. Please go and see her and buy your spa. She make it happen.

Elaine was really helpful and helped us identify which spa would best suit our needs

Elaine! 10 stars ⭐️ I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, but I honestly couldn’t stay quiet after the experience I just had with Elaine from Spa World.. I bought my spa from her 3 years ago, and today I found myself in a complete emergency with it. I tried calling multiple places and couldn’t get any help. By chance, I found Elaine’s card from 3 years ago and thought I’d try calling her. Even though she wasn’t working at the time, she picked up and spent the time on the phone walking me through everything step-by-step. She calmed me down, talked me through the issue, and took so much stress off my shoulders. This kind of aftercare is almost unheard of these days. Most people disappear the moment the sale is done — but not Elaine. She genuinely cares about people, not just the transaction. The fact that she remembered, answered, and went above and beyond for me 3 years later says everything about her service, her integrity, and the way she treats her customers. I’m incredibly grateful I chose to buy my spa from Spa World. The aftercare has been more important than the initial purchase, and Elaine proved that today. I recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for not just a great spa, but genuine customer service that actually continues after you’ve paid. Thank you, Elaine — you truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful.

Dianne at Spaworld Marsden park haves us full attention with excellent service, advice and price.

I had an exceptional experience at Spa World, largely thanks to Elaine. Her customer service is outstanding! She guided me through the entire process, coordinating with the plumber, electrician, and crane services seamlessly. Elaine was always available to answer my inquiries, ensuring I felt supported until my new spa was delivered. Thank you, Elain.! I will definitely be recommending Spa World to all my friends for any future purchases.

Incredible service, Elaine is so great at her job, helped us out and found our perfect spa! We are so excited 🤩😍 highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Elaine at Spa World Marsden Park branch who provided top notch sale services and organised delivery, answered all our questions with patience, guided us through each step. Highly recommend paying them a visit if you are thinking about buying one.

Elaine was super helpful with all of our questions and we were able to choose a spa that suits our family needs

Elaine really helped us out today with all of our enquiries. She was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend her!

Very professional and helpful service

I had been looking for a spa for well over 10 months and had visited multiple stores before finding Spa World in Marsden Park. From the very first conversation with Elaine, I felt completely comfortable and confident in my decision. It was the first time I felt comfortable enough to actually put down a deposit — and I’m so glad I followed my instincts! Elaine was there for us from the very beginning. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, helped us choose the right spa, and was incredibly informative, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and her support continued right through to after the spa was delivered. It was such a pleasure dealing with Elaine, and her genuine care and customer service really stood out. I would highly recommend Elaine and the entire team at Spa World Marsden Park to anyone looking for a spa. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Had a great experience buying a spa with Dianne's assistance, she was very patient and answered all our questions, she asked us what features were important to us and gave us honest and helpful advice. She was friendly and knowledgeable, which made the whole process very easy and pleasant. They have a range of spas, so we found one that had all the features we wanted and more.

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Dianne at Spa World. She was friendly, knowledgeable and so easy to deal with. Dianne took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us choose a swim spa that was perfect for our needs. We really appreciated her patience and guidance throughout the process. Highly recommend Dianne and Spa World!

The best service and care in details ! Excellent!

We recently purchased a spa from Spa World Marsden Park, and after using it for the past three weeks, we couldn't be happier with our experience. A special thanks to Elaine, whose extensive knowledge of spas and genuine willingness to help made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She patiently answered all of our questions and guided us in choosing the spa that best suited our needs. What really stood out was her excellent customer service. She followed up after the delivery to make sure everything was going well and provided helpful guidance on spa operation and maintenance. Elaine is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her customers. We truly appreciate her support throughout the entire process and highly recommend both Elaine and Spa World Marsden Park to anyone looking to purchase a spa.

We came, we saw, and within minutes, we purchased the Vortex Pro Swim Spa all thanks to Elaine’s outstanding customer service. She provided clear, detailed explanations and guided us seamlessly through the entire process. It was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. Thank you, Elaine! In addition to the above, today being 23 July 2026, what impressed us even more was that Elaine’s support did not stop after the sale. She went above and beyond by providing us with trusted contacts for our Occupation Certificate (OC), concreting, electrical work and even assistance with our pergola installation. Her guidance and recommendations made the entire journey from day one to completion so much easier and stress free. Even after our purchase, whenever I called Elaine for advice or help with different aspects of the installation, she was always happy to assist. Her dedication, patience and willingness to go out of her way for her customers are truly rare these days. Words cannot express how much your kindness and support have meant to us. Elaine, you are truly a blessing and we sincerely thank you for everything you have done. We wish you every success in the future. You genuinely deserve it. Thank you once again!

Great experience from sales and after sales support. Delivery was easy and the Spa was extremely well priced compared to the competition. Recommended!

Dianne at Spa World Marsden park was so helpful - she was able to assist us in choosing the right spa for our family, helped with trade recommendations in our local area, and continuously checked in along the way to ensure we were satisfied and happy with the purchase. Dianne made the entire process effortless and stress free.

From my first visit , I got full knowledge and a professional advice and recommendation for which spa I should get . Big shout to Dianne that made my visit so easy . Will recommend to all my friend and family .

Great spa and great service! Had this spa for 4 years now and no issue until recently. Contacted Ross at head office and he connected me with tech who sorted ASAP. Super grateful for the help in getting this sorted promptly! Highly recommend Spa World!

We recently purchased a spa from Elaine at Spa World Marsden Park and had a good experience from start to finish. She was was helpful in store without being pushy. She gave us space to walk around, explore our options and make a decision at our own pace while still being available whenever we had questions. During the lead up to delivery, she was approachable and responsive and easy to deal with.

Elaine has been there to assist us throughout the process, answering questions before we even visited the showroom right through to assisting us to get the spa up and running. We are delighted with our spa and the great service received.

Great experience. Elaine handled everything, nothing was a problem even with all of our questions. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience with Spa World from start to finish. Dianne was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful in helping us choose the Vortex Titanium HP. The spa quality is excellent and we’ve been loving it so far. Also a big shoutout to the delivery team — professional, efficient, and great to deal with. Highly recommend!

6 months on from the install of our spa (Vortex Aqualap Pro Plus) we are most pleased with the result. Elaine was so pleasant to deal with and provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision about the spa we purchased. Wray was so helpful completing the first service today. Thanks Spa World.

Had a very pleasant experience with Dianne based in Marsden Park. From the first interaction via an online enquiry to making my long life dream a reality less than 24 hours later with purchasing my first ever spa. Dianne was amazing. She was effectient, informative and thorough with all my questions. Thank you so much Dianne for the wonderful customer service. Can’t wait for it to arrive.

Received excellent service and advice at Spa World in Marsden Park when buying our spa. Elaine was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I am very grateful with the help and support provided by Elaine. As an elderly single female purchasing a spa was a little overwhelming So much information to read and get my head around. Elaine knows spa's as she has one herself and what is even more helpful is that despite a very busy job she was prepared to give me her valuable time and share personal experience. In a world of bots and AI based customer service, I wish there were more people like Elaine. Many thanks!

Elaine helped us to buy a swim spa the experience was really good. Highly recommended

We recently visited Spa World Marsden Park and had the pleasure of being served by Dianne. From the moment we walked in, her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome. Dianne was incredibly knowledgeable about the different hot tubs and spas, patiently answering all our questions and helping us find the perfect fit for our needs. Her passion for the products really shone through, and we appreciated her honest recommendations. The store itself had a fantastic selection, and Dianne made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We left feeling excited about our new purchase and confident in our decision. Thank you, Dianne, for your exceptional service! We can’t wait to enjoy our new spa.

Elaine could not have been more helpful and informative. So glad we visited.

We’ve had our spa for 6 months now. Elaine K at Marsden Park was fantastic to deal with & helped us in selecting the correct size & type of spa for our needs. Unfortunately, from day 1 the spa had a leak which could not be easily resolved by tightening the connectors on the pipes. The after sales service from Spa World was brilliant. We had 3 visits from technicians to diagnose the problem & eventually replace a faulty part. This was all resolved over a 2-3 week period (we were still able to use the spa during this period). You have to judge an organisation not just by the sales process but also by how well the product is supported. I have no hesitation in recommending Spa World on both counts.

We shopped around extensively, and there's a reason why we ended up back at Spa World. From initial walk-in, to securing our selection via deposit, Dianne provided excellent customer service. Her knowledge on offered products and additional "on the spot" queries was second to none and reassuring. The showroom range was vast, covering all options, fortunate to eye witness as opposed to competitor stores. If you're after a spa, make sure to see Dianne at Spa World! 5☆

Elaine was an absolute Pleasure to work with! extremely efficient and a great help to us in a time pressured situation!

Great experience, excellent support. Thanks to Elaine who hand held us through out the process. Recommended.

The team at spa world marsden park have been very helpful and efficient throughout the whole process especially Dianne who followed up to ensure all was good and answered my questions.

Elaine sold us our spa 12 months ago now and we still love it. Elaine was so helpful and easy to talk to. She went out of our way to assist us and answered all our questions. Delivery and installation was easy to organise and Elaine worked with us to arrange a suitable delivery day and time. Highly recommend.

Great service. No detail overlooked.

Elaine and the team helped from start to finish! From choosing the right spa, ensuring we had the right space, delivery and installation, and finally the set up. Every part was fantastically managed, and catered for our needs.

Elaine @ Spa World Marsden was an absolutely perfect salesperson because she gave us lots of information & advice, without pressuring us to buy. She was also great with after-sales service when we had a minor issue with the spa that was resolved efficiently by Elaine. We highly recommend Elaine for anyone interested in purchasing a spa. (We had a very poor & unhelpful experience at another spa establishment before we met Elaine. So glad that we came to Elaine)

Extremely helpful service and assisted my wife and myself to which spa would suit our lifestyle best, if I hadn't dealt with Elaine i personally think I would have purchased the wrong spa for our needs at another spa outlet

Elaine is so helpful. Very helpful, knows her products and also able to advise about council requirements etc:

If I could give 10 stars to Dianne at Spa World, Marsden Park I would. She listened to what I was looking for. Nothing was too hard - Amazing Service 😁🌺🙏

Elaine has amazing customer service and is very friendly and accommodating. Products have always been amazing.

Excellent service and beautiful person to deal with...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional service with genuine care – Elaine at Spa World Marsden Park What started as a quick look turned into a really positive experience. After finding the Alexandria store closed, we ended up at Spa World Marsden Park, and I’m genuinely glad we did. Elaine’s approach was perfect. She introduced herself, let us know she was available if we needed help, and then gave us space to look around. No pressure at all — which immediately made us feel comfortable. When we were ready to talk, Elaine took the time to really understand why we were there. We were looking for something suitable for my mum so she can do hydrotherapy at home, and Elaine showed genuine care and understanding around that. She explained options clearly, answered every question patiently, and provided helpful contacts and information so we felt supported and organised. The whole experience felt more like a friendly conversation than a sales interaction. Because of Elaine’s knowledge and the trust she built, we felt confident making a decision without needing to keep shopping around. It’s rare to find customer service that combines professionalism with real empathy and family-focused care. Elaine truly made a difference, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Thanks Elaine John & Bee

We have visited Spa World to explore the spa and had the pleasure of meeting Elaine. She gave us a thorough tour, explained the benefits of each spa, and shared her personal recommendations. Elaine also helped us secure the best rate without compromising on quality. We were extremely happy with the experience and highly recommend it to anyone.

We had the extreme pleasure of meeting Dianne when we were looking to purchase a spa. We appreciated her friendliness as she greeted us and then allowed us to walk around and look at the spas without hovering over us. When we had showed interest in our preferred spa that is when Dianne came back over to us to talk facts and show us the features of the spa. We found Dianne to be knowledgeable but not pushy which helped us feel comfortable when deciding to purchase the Nitro. From the time we paid a deposit to having the spa delivered and us enjoying our new spa was under 2 weeks. Dianne has exceptional communication, after care and follow up service who really goes above and beyond for all of her clients. We will always be grateful to Dianne for helping us to achieve our perfect spacation in our own backyard.

Fantastic customer service from Dianne @ Marsden Park showroom. Couldn't have been more helpful especially when we have a difficult site to deliver a Vortex Aqua gym to.

We received an absolutely outstanding service from Elaine K at Spa World Marsden Park NSW recently.. I would definitely recommend a visit if you’re looking to purchase a spa that’s competitively priced but most of all, from a company that’s been around many many years for your peace of mind! Elaine was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She was open to negotiating the overall purchase price and we left very satisfied customers.. thanks again Elaine!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I purchased my Vortex spa just over two years ago, and recently returned to Spa World to buy some products. I was genuinely impressed with the after-sales service I received from Elaine. I had quite a few questions and spent well over half an hour in the showroom. Elaine took the time to help me thoroughly and patiently, even while assisting other customers. Her knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out. It’s reassuring to see that the service doesn’t stop once the sale is made. This experience has reminded me why I’m so glad I chose to buy my spa through Spa World. They truly are a reputable company, and they continue to prove it years after purchase. Highly recommend both Elaine and the Spa World team.

Dianne and Jeff at Spa World Marsden Park were great to deal with. Super knowledgeable, really helpful, and easy to talk to. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for good, honest service

Purchased a spa from Dianne at Gregory Hills and the experience was fantastic. Dianne supported me throughout picking the right spa to after sales and installation. Lovely experience.

Purchased vortex spa and accessories from spa world and I am very happy with the overall experience .Elaine’s knowledge is exceptional and her understanding on spas is excellent. She really helped me to understand what will fit best to our requirements and provided all the guidance we needed to make the decision. She is an expert in the field and was always prompt to respond to all our queries. Thankyou!

Amazing service! Thank you Elaine you are a true star. Elaine is absolutely amazing, such a genuine and caring human. I had the honour of dealing with such a professional. If you want a spa go see her, save your time shopping around. She knows exactly what she’s talking about. We absolutely love our Vortex. Best decision ever. It has changed the way we spend our family nights together. Thank you Elaine for all your help from the minute we walked and continued until way after the delivery. Second to none. Thank you

Elaine was fantastic to deal with. As soon as we met her we stopped looking elsewhere at options. She was honest, knowledgeable and patient with our indecisiveness around size, colour and measurements around the home. We never felt pushed but always felt supported in the process. Would highly recommend her.

Fisher 2 Spa We’ve been using the Fisher 2 spa for over three months now, more than five times a week, and it has been absolutely fantastic. Although it’s a compact spa, it’s perfectly sized for two people and feels like a great decision both in terms of cost and space. It delivers everything we wanted without taking over the backyard. The highlight, though, is the experience itself. Ending the day soaking in the spa at night, looking up at the stars, has become a truly special moment of our day - a simple routine that feels like a luxury every time. No regrets at all. A small spa that’s made a big difference to our daily life.

Just ordered our spa from Elaine yesterday. Had a very positive experience with Elaine who was patient with questions, let us have a try of the spa on demonstration. She was highly informed about the spas and their differences and did a great job on advising us on the best options to select (and avoid!). Now looking forward to getting our spa!

The service from Diane and team has been outstanding. They were well informed, patient with all my questions and responsive. Great product with matching service. Highly recommend

Elaine show us excellent customer service. Elaine advised us on the best spa to purchase. Thank you keep up the excellent work. Brian

Dianne was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. We had finally had our delivery from our spa but could not get a Spa Technician to come for another week. Although there has been numerous emails re set up and sent at various times it was difficult to find the right email especially when your inbox is very full. We visited the Marsden Park showroom and Dianne put us at ease. One suggestion, a spa technician should be booked in at the same time as when the delivery is being booked to arrive a day or two after.. Anyway happy we have finally bought our spa andcwe were so happy with Diannes's help that we also purchased an infra-red sauna and double pergola.. looking forward to have all set up.

Highly recommend Spa World Marsden Park. I was greeted with professionalism by Elaine who is highly knowledgeable and helpful . Guided me through all the features and options for my budget and needs she helped me make the best choice for me I purchased a Palladium Spa and can’t wait to enjoy it.

Diane was absolutely outstanding to deal with from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all the options without ever making us feel rushed or pushed in a particular direction. Throughout the process, Diane kept in regular contact to ensure we clearly understood each step, from selecting the right spa to delivery and setup. We recently purchased a Vortex Spa and Sauna from Dianne at the Marsden Park branch and we would like to point out what a positive and enjoyable experience it was. Dianne was incredible at her work, always on top of things, always returning calls and text messages promptly, nothing was too much for her. She genuinely cared that we were satisfied and happy at every stage of the process. She was very knowledgeable about the products and very considerate to our requirements and finally provided us with a very exclusive deal. She assured the delivery went smoothly, which pleasantly came earlier than expected. Her referrals for the installation of the Spa concrete slab and the electrician were flawless and much appreciated. Dianne even made time to see the end result. A lot of credit goes to her professionalism and enthusiastic approach. We definitely recommend Dianne and her team at Spa World, if you are looking for a ‘hassle-free’, timely process, offering high quality products.

Great service from Elaine, since we entered the showroom to enquire about different spas, Elaine was very helpful, professional and genuine in giving us the right advice and helping us to decide what is the right spa for us. We end up getting Jacuzzi J-335 based on Elaine’s recommendation back in 2023 and we have been using it since for almost 2 years, we couldn’t be more happier with the Jacuzzi or with the service we received throughout the purchase, delivery and installation. Definitely recommend Spaworld Marsden Park.

It is my pleasure to write a very positive review for Elaine from Spa World Marsden Park. Elaine provided great advice on their range of spas and help us select the best spa for our family. We visited the store twice and didn’t feel pressured at all, and in the end we purchased a great spa which we use every day. Elaine provided all the information we needed around power requirements and advice on how to best maintain water quality. We had some issues with the steps we bought and Elaine assisted us in sorting out those as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Vortex spas from Spa World, and thank Elaine for her exceptional service.

Amazing service and consultation with Elaine!! Highly recommended, thanks!

Very Good service

The team selling the spas are incredibly insightful and helpful, but that isn't what I have been most impressed about, I had a few minor issues with my spa and the spa world customer care team has gone above and beyond to resolve them quickly and where they can have covered some expenses, there communication has been fantastic and the spa itself is awsome. thank you Spa World team!

Couldn't be happier with the whole process from start to finish. Elaine from Spa World Marsden Park made choosing a spa to suit our needs that much easier. Her friendliness, professionalism and knowledge was exceptional. From choosing our spa and getting it delivered, the whole process was flawless!! Hopped into our Vortex Nitro HP Spa for the first time today and it is simply AMAZING!! The features are endless and we can see ourselves enjoying this spa for many years to come. We had it placed on our enclosed back patio which means total privacy, no sunburn or annoying mozzies or flies. Can be used all year round....a real investment!!

** Exceptional Service at Spa World Marsden Park Super Store ** Some six months ago we were looking for spas and had shortlisted our choice. By chance we then visited Spa World where we were served by Elaine which changed our choice completely, we placed a deposit and walked out smiling. She was friendly, full of knowledge, and very helpful. From the start, she provided us genuine attention and dedication, helping us choose the right fit for us. She took the time to inquire in detail our needs, our outdoor space, and our budget. This thoughtful approach ensured that she could offer us options best suited to our needs. Elaine exceeded our expectations by being consistently approachable, professional, and helpful throughout the process. She provided fantastic customer experience, and we would strongly recommend Elaine to anyone who is looking to buy a spa. All the best, Elaine and we look forward to enjoying our spa😊

These spas are world class! I have had my second vortex spa for 8 years and hasnt missed a beat, very reliable! The first was for my mother and still going well after 10 years! Highly recommended!

Elaine is amazing! Best experience. Thank you Spa World.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Elaine to find the perfect spa model for our family. From the very beginning, she demonstrated genuine compassion and dedication to helping us choose the right fit. She took the time to inquire in detail about our needs, understanding the size of our family, our outdoor space, and our budget. This thoughtful approach ensured that she could offer us tailored options, not just a generic recommendation. Elaine patiently explained a wide variety of spa models, detailing their features and benefits without ever making us feel rushed. She truly listened to our preferences, which helped us narrow our choices down to two models that aligned perfectly with what we were looking for. Throughout the process, her honesty and transparency stood out, as she was upfront about both the pros and cons of each option. In the end, with Elaine's assistance, we chose the J-345 model, and we couldn’t be happier. She also worked out a fantastic deal for us, ensuring that we got the best value within our budget. Elaine exceeded our expectations by being consistently helpful, professional, and personable throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Elaine to anyone seeking expert guidance with their spa purchase. Her honesty and customer-first attitude make her a true asset. Thank you, Elaine!

How refreshing to walk into a business and be so well looked after. Elaine was engaged, happy to help us and so informed and knowledgeable! We can’t wait to get our new spa! Thank you!

Amazing service. We recently visited the Marsden Park Superstore where we were greeted by the Manager Elaine. My wife and I are building a new home in the Hunter Valley and we visited the store to determine our options of installing a swim spa into our new home. We had done some research and were fairly confident what we wanted. Elaine listened to what we were after and made her suggestions and recommendations. We were so glad Elaine was there to offer her advice as she gave us options we had not thought of. Elaine was genuine, honest and transparent and very generous with her time in assisting us. We were so happy to place a small deposit for our order that day. Elaine emailed us specifications within 24 hours which enabled us to forward same to our architect to lodge with our plans to council. Elaine was extremely professional and knowledgeable in all aspects. We highly recommend her services to anyone seeking to purchase a new spa or even to upgrade to a new one. Thanks again Elaine. It was our pleasure to deal with you. 10/10

Thanks to both Elaine and Diane for helping us with our spa selection. We bought a Vortex Nitro which fits well on our deck and also the aluminium Spa Steps which fits the colour scheme well and is easy to use or move around if needed. After a few weeks of use, family and friends love the Vortex Nitro. So far easy enough to maintain as well. Happy with the product.

Lily was super helpful and understood just what we wanted. She gave us a great deal and we are really happy with the spa we have chosen.

I purchased my spa from here with the help of Elaine. Asked a lot of questions as to how many people would be using it and where it would be situated.

Amazing and professional service will come back

Dianne was very helpful, accurate, attentive and professional. I was very impressed. Thank you Dianne you have exceeded my expectations. Cheers

Dianne was delightfully friendly and effectively helped us through our spa purchase journey. She walked us through the products that fit our needs and patiently answered all our questions. Dianne also looked at our floor plans, gave us her recommendations, and pointed us towards contractors who can help with approvals, landscape designs, etc. We landed on a reasonable price quote and a fair payment plan, offering flexibility around our build schedule.

Excellent service . So pleasant to deal with. Only too happy to recommend them

Dianne provided fantastic service, ended up with a completely different spa than what we expected and it couldn’t be more perfect for us. Thank you so much Dianne for your amazing service and recommendations!

I bought a Jacuzi from Dianne who I understand is/was a part owner. She gave excellent advice including on the relevant planing laws, recommended tradespeople and offered a fair price. This is a very well run business which will be obvious if you look at SpaWorld's social media presence.

Dianne was fantastic - her customer service and care was exceptional. Personable, efficient and knowledgeable, she made it one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had.

Purchased our Spa from Elaine at Spa World. The service from the very first catch up was amazing. The time was taken to review our area and situation and help select the best Spa. The after-care as well has been exceptional with Spa world marsden park always happy to answer any of our queries.

One of the best Spa shop I ever been to. I went their just 20 minutes to close however, 'Retail Manger' Elaine serve me so well. I am a new user of swim spa and having very little knowledge about it however she guided me through each of my queries. Best Place to go for spa related inquires and shopping

Elaine was very knowledgeable and helpful when looking to purchase a spa, as well as any questions I had when I had received the spa!

Elaine has been great throughout the whole purchasing process, very flexible and responsive!

Fantastic Service, attention to detail and experience. Looking forward to my delivery soon. Thank you Lily at the Marsden Park store. Gareth Pillay, Sydney

Elaine at Marsden Park Spa World is a very professional young lady who has product knowledge on all the spas and products that Spa World offer. She sold my husband and I a Jaquzzi Spa that we love and enjoy as a family on a weekly basis.

Right from the initial contact via email my experience has been nothing but pleasurable. Elaine provide me with a detailed breakdown of the Spa, its contents and functions along with all associated costs. We then thought it would be a good idea to visit the showroom where we met Charlie. Charlie was easy to talk to and wasn't at all pushy when he was showing us the different versions. We initially were looking at a 3 seater spa but Charlie quickly pointed out the 5 seater which at the time was more or less the same cost. Due to us not quite being ready to take delivery at that point in time, Charlie accommodated us greatly by hold our Spa from March to now so we wouldn't miss out on the great deal. The last step in the process was the delivery of the Spa which took place today. Due to our house having limited access to the rear yard, I was slightly concerned with how this was going to go. Franco from Ezy Spa Movers was a fantastic help and provide great communication from start to finish which provided me a light more comfort. When the delivery guys arrived this morning, I still had some concern around bringing the Spa through the house however these concerns were quickly dismissed when I started talking to the guys. Anthony, Nick & Jacob from Spa Movers were so accommodating from start to finish. Anthony took it upon himself to totally remove our main door from the door frame & our screen door gas closer to allow free & easy access through the doorway. Anthony then when onto remove a painting and some ornaments in the hallway to avoid any breakages. The patio, hallway, rear deck were all covered with protective boards and a moving blanket was used to protect the walls. All 3 guys worked extremely well together and we extremely careful with this delivery. Anthony then finished off in flying colours by re-installing the door and flyscreen closer prior to leaving. Unfortunately service like this isn't seen to often nowadays, so well done Spa World Marsden Park.

Thanks Elaine! You were very accommodating during the construction of my house. The Vortex spa looks great. Thanks for the excellent service. My family loves it.

I purchased my Spa in Dec 2022 & Received delivery Jan 2023. Both Charles & Elaine have been Fabulous to deal with, as I was in the shop on three occasions before final purchase. They answered all my questions. The follow-up, the additional information, the delivery details & accuracy, the product knowledge have all been faultless. I cannot thank Charles & Elaine and Spa World enough. Thank you for your professionalism, friendliness and reassurance. Excellent.

I purchase Fisher5D a year ago and everything went well from the start to delivery ,and support after that, the spa works very well and it's look very high quality product to me so far.

Elaine is professional and knowledgeable in her field. Thank you for helping out and understanding our needs. Highly recommend Elaine. Cheers Alan & Rita

Elaine was extremely knowledgeable and generous with her time in assisting us in our spa purchase. She clearly knows what she’s talking about and made sure we were informed of all our options and comfortable in making the right decision for us. 5 star service for sure!

Elaine really looked after me, She guided me into purchasing the right spa for me and my family. Elaine was very friendly and understanding. Thank you again Elaine

Walked in today just to have a look and ended up putting a deposit to purchase our first spa all thanks to the amazing customer service of Elaine who was so helpful in answering all our questions and recommending us to narrowing down our decision to our chosen spa. A very satisfied customer Thanks Spa World Marsden Park

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to spaworld (especially Elaine at Marsden Park) for our great experience in our swimspa purchase and installation. When you’re worried of spending a large sum of money, concerned of council approvals and the installation process. They provided all the information and partners to make the process super easy. I honestly was concerned of how I’ve heard of other companies leaving you high and dry and not even deliver what you ordered. I would contact spaworld asking for some advice and it was quickly responded to. After the order they provided regular updates on build & shipping progress and also checking on our landscaping progress to ensure it all lines up for the delivery. I'm beyond happy for the service I received especially Elaine she’s amazing and would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent service and good quality spa

Oustanding what a pleasure, to deal with Elaine and her staff. Their product knowledge and commitment to client service is what makes them a great team. Nothing is too much trouble and after sales service is second to none.

6 months ago i logged a defect support request. And another. Eventually it was actioned. They escalated it to somone else who did ..nothing. Elaine has kindly escalted this and the support team are chasing the external contractor. Thanks for the help.

Elaine is very professional and very helpful, would fully recommend her without hesitation great work Elaine

Elaine is always so professional and quick to respond to any questions I have. I recommend her for any of your spa needs.

Spa World made the whole experience of purchasing our first Jacuzzi spa simple. It was worth the long wait (due to Covid) and they were flexible with our delivery. We use it all the time and couldn’t be happier.

Pre & Post Sales - Elaine and the team have offered fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

Thank you to Charlie and the team for delivery / installation / after service support of our Vortex Spa. Above and beyond service! The spa is everything we hoped for and more….

Elaine was very helpful when I came into the store. Apart from being knowledgeable about the spas, she was very kind. She gave me a drink and held my baby while I filled out the forms.

Thank you to the team at Spa World Marsden Park especially Elaine Kalache the (Store Manager) Thank you for helping in selecting the perfect Spa and advise on what was needed, your knowledge and background in Spa's was exceptional, we have to say this Spa is far better than our old Spa and well worth the upgrade and would recommend Spa World Marsden Park to anyone. Thank you again

Thank you to Elaine for all her valuable assistance in helping us decide on the perfect spa to meet the needs of our space and use case. We opted to get a heatpump so that we can reduce the temperature for weekend daytime use on a hot day, and increase it for night use. It only takes about 90-120mins to adjust the temperature 4-6 degrees (eg. from 36 to 30). As a result of the heatpumpt we use the spa everyday in all weather conditions. I was concerned about the level of maintenance. It is really simple to maintain with minimal effort once a week or once a fortnight depending on use. For clarity the end to end experience cost us the price of the spa plus these additional costs: - $4700 Slab (3m x 6m + path to alfresco) - $4100 Certification for lockable lid to remove need for a fence - $1980 Crane to lift spa over house

From the very start the staff were informative and professional. When we had delivery delays they communicated well and kept us updated of the progress. Very happy to have them to purchase from.

Elaine at Spa world was very professional and helped us choose the right spa and also help with the installation process.

We had a fantastic buying experience at Spa World. Elaine was very knowledgable and efficient, and organised delivery and installation of our spa in a very short time period and under difficult challenges, needing lifting cranes and electrician. She organised all of this in a matter of days, and we highly recommend Elaine and Spa World.

Elaine at Spa World Marsden Park was lovely, knowledgeable and very helpful. She was able to answer all of our questions and helped us to choose the best spa to suit our family. Our Vortex Nitro was delivered in September and we absolutely love it!

I went looking for a spa and to be honest thought a spa was a spa. I found Spa World Marsden Park and Elaine. Elaine took the time to explain the difference in spa's and how they function. I told Elaine what I was after and she recommended a spa for me. I wasn't fussy about colour etc, so I took one that was in the warehouse. Elaine arranged delivery etc. I now have a fantastic spa that is used almost daily and love it. If you're in market for a spa I highly recommend Elaine, you will not be disappointed, she is fantastic!

Purchased a Vortex Mercury a few months ago. Walked into the store hoping to learn more about spas as we had been considering purchasing one for some time . We were greeted by Elaine Kalache who was most pleasant and friendly. She patiently explained the different models and took the time to understand our needs. It's been a few months now and we are loving our purchase. Elaine is a natural sales person, she was more interested in ensuring we were comfortable and informed than a quick sale. The whole process was transparent and honest. We had to request to hold the delivery for couple of extra weeks due to rain holding up the slab. Nothing was a problem and the communication was excellent. We have recommended Spa World and Elaine to our friends and have no doubt that they will continue to provide exceptional service and quality products.

If you're after a spa, then look no further. A great range of quality Spas, and staff who really want to help you get to enjoy their benefits. After sales service is amazing, and reinforces the fact you have made the right choice in buying from this quality company. The company even offered to honour our original contract, even after we postponed our purchase due COVID. What that meant was when we were ready to continue with our purchase, they honoured the original price on our 6m XD Vortex Swim Spa, even though they were now considerably more expensive. They answered all questions for a first time spa owner not only before install but also importantly after as well. They know they have quality brands so they have nothing to hide, they just want to get you relaxing in one at home. It was a big outlay, but we're so happy not only with the spa, but the entire purchase process with Spa World. Can't rate them more highly. Oh and definitely get the Aquasal salt chlorinator unit, Crystal clear water and really hassle free as far as chemicals go. Well worth the upgade in conjunction with the heat pump.

Excellent service , highly recommend Elaine at spa world In marsden park, very knowledgeable and always willing to help .

Elaine is a courteous, knowledgeable lady but not pushy, only interested in getting the best results for her customers even if that means she doesn't sell a spa. I will be returning today with my wife to purchase a Fisher 5 seater. I could not say enough positive things about Spa World Marsden Park so if you are interested in getting a spa I would highly recommend stopping in and having a chat with Elaine.

It was our first time to buy a spa and sauna and we were lucky to have Elaine to help us choose the best option for us. She was friendly, patient and knew all the answers to our queries.

Still remember the day I walked in SPA World, Marsden Park without knowing a single thing about SPA and Elaine Kalache welcomed us with her charming but simple personality. She helped us through the whole Spa experience, made sure we are comfortable and understand the whole process. We are really grateful to SPA World and Elaine for helping us to be a proud owner of Spa. Thanks Spa World and Elaine

Spa World was upfront about costs, lead times and delivery timing and procedures from the time we ordered our spa. Knowing there was a wait from when we ordered gave us time to decide on exactly how and where we wanted the spa to be installed. Their initial estimate of delivery date was accurate which meant delivery lined up with our excavation and slab preparation. The spa itself arrived in great condition and is now a real feature of our home. If you're considering a spa, the range and support from Spa World was second to none.

We had great experience dealing with Elaine from spa world Marsden park. She was so helpful throughout the entire process from beginning to the end . She is amazing and knowledgeable and made our spa purchasing process really smooth. Highly recommend anyone to deal with her . Thanks Sonny

We recently purchased the Vortex Nitro. We did a lot of research prior to purchase and found Charlie had lots of great knowledge and were very accomodating in helping us make the right decision. Charlie was more than happy to spend a lot of time with us to answer our questions. Being able to do a wet test and ‘try before we buy’ was very helpful in making our decision. Great quality spas which offered a lot more options than other brands. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Spa World at Marsden Park. Could not be happier with our spa. A big thanks to Charlie who could not do enough to help us. Also, the delivery team Jay and his crew a big thumbs up…..thanks‼️Cheers Shane&Shari

Im not a customer, but had a neighbour who was a customer who did not communicate to use our front yard for way of passage to their own property, I asked one of them who instructed them to park their truck halfway across our driveway, and he was open to say it was the neighbour, he asked if I knew, I said no, and without any hesitation he said that they were told we knew and he moved his truck stopped their contract from there. End of the day, he worked professionally, stopped when he knew something illegal was being done. Guys name was Jey G., he had 2 others but he seemed to be the one to manage the situation, I commend his professional approach, no further time wasted. End of the day, yes I wasn’t a customer, but because he did things right, he took even non customers into consideration in this situation. If all workers are like him, I see a future for this company to further without tainting it’s reputation.

Elaine helped us to pick right product and assisted throughout with any queries and proactive follow up to ensure all is on track. Thankyou Elaine for your assistance.

We were looking for the right swim spa for a while. During this process we met Charlie at Spa world, Marsden park. From first meeting till date we choose our spa, he was very thorough and most importantly not pushy. We met him couple of times before we booked our spa. He explained the process in detail and also connected us with other people involved. We locked our spa with Charlie. After this we came across spa exhibition and looked at various other options under one roof and we had no regret about our choice. We also got to try our spa at Marsden Park. We had wonderful experience. Thankyou Charlie for the customer service and support you have provided so far. So eager to get our spa home.

We liaised with Elaine & Jack from Spa World Marsden Park. They made our decision to select the spa we needed so much easier. Both are very professional and knowledgeable.

Great service explaining what I did not know about SPA's, and which SPA would suit me best. Well done Jake !! Greg

Great Experience. I visited the store with little to no knowledge about spas but Charlie B explained every product and the features and importance of having a spa at home. He answered every question we had and he guided my kids as well on usage of spa. We ended up buying the jacuzzi and can’t wait to be delivered. Charlie’s customer service was great and store ambience was so cool. Thank you Charlie.

I was very impressed with the quality of Spa's, Cant wait for the installation. upmost professionalism and customer service from Jake wouldn't ask for a better Sales person to collaborate with. Awesome experience would highly recommend Spa world.

Elaine at Spa World was amazing from the moment we walked into the Marsden Park showroom. She understood and dealt with our concerns as they arose throughout the decision making, floor-stock purchase, delivery, and set up stages. Further, she called us with help and reassurance EXACTLY when we had more queries or trepidation about the technical stuff like Aqua Sal, shock, and testing! We are loving our tiny spa: it is proving therapeutic and relaxing. It is also having a beneficial effect on Parkinson's Disease: better sleep and easier movement. Thank you so much Elaine for going the extra mile in customer satisfaction.

Spa world Mardsen park - Amazing We went for a casual visit to look out for spas as we decided to do spa for our new house. Elaine is too good with the description of every single product, gave us a feel of what it is to have different spas and was elaborative. We were extremely satisfied and happy with the honest description of product, delivery, installation cost and every single thing. Good job Elaine

Extremely satisfied with the sales person Charlie. I visited the place without having any prior knowledge on spas or hot tubs or wahtever you call it. Charlie was so patient with me, explained me all the available features, pros and cons of each model, considering my budget and was so helpful. He took his time, although there were other customers waiting, telling them that he will be with them shortly. He was kind enough to show me the swim spas and all the other options as well, clearly knowing that I'm not going to buy. He just wanted me tonhave a look. Thank you very much Charlie. Really looking forward for the purchase.

Elaine was fantastic from the start. She helped us chose the right SPA for our family and gave us a great deal with a few extra's. The follow up by Elaine and all the team was great. A special mention to Jay and his delivery team who didn't have the easiest of access, but nothing was too hard. All in all, I recommend Elaine from SPA world Marsden Park to anyone who is after wonderful customer service and a great product.

Elaine Kalache is a great sales person with all the knowledge we needed to make an informed decision on our spa. Absolutely loving the spa!

I can’t recommend Elaine at Spa World highly enough. From the very beginning she has been incredibly informative, patient and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I felt confident in my decisions, and has continued to stay in regular contact with tips, guidance and prompt answers to any questions I’ve had along the way. Her knowledge, responsiveness and care really set her apart — it never felt like a transaction, but more like ongoing support. Exceptional service and a real asset to Spa World. Thank you, Elaine!

I'm loving Vortex HP Palladium SPA. Its a beast compared to all available SPA, nothing matching with its features. Amazed with the unique combination of each seat jets which provides different massage experience. Elaine at SPA World Marsden Pak is so good to discuss all your concerms and give you the perfect advice. She guided very well and shared lot of ideas that helped me in choosing the right SPA for my requirements. Highly recommended 👌

Had the most amazing experience with the lovely Elaine from spa world Marsden Park. We can’t wait to be swimming in our vortex swim spa

Elaine has been extremely helpful from the purchase until final stages of installation. I’ve messaged several times with a lot of questions and always had a quick response, even on her days off! Would definitely recommend going to see Elaine if you’re looking for a new spa.

Came in to buy some spa cleaner and found the wonderful Elaine - Nine years later. What a surprise- our Eon Vortex is still going strong - thanks to the expert advice and customer care.
