A1 service from Lilly in the showroom to the delivery guys Would highly recommend Spa world.

Exceptional service with an immediate turn around time with my request. Love dealing with Spa World Smeaton Grange, they really care from the Admin to Warehouse Staff!

Wonderful experience Lilly was very helpful and made buying a spa an easy decision. I would highly recommend.

Lilly provided outstanding customer service! She was professional, friendly and provided all the information we needed to know to make our purchase extremely easy! Thanks so much Lilly.

Great customer service, a pleasure. Lillian is very informative and thorough.

Spa world Lilian thank you so much for your time today amazing very friendly and helpful thank you so much yes I did get a spa today Kathleen

After visiting another spa centre in the area and finding the sales person had very little knowledge or interest in helping us, it was a relief walking in to meet Michelle who's knowledge and experience was amazing. She listened to what we needed and put a package together that met our needs, not the companies back pocket. Highly recommended.

Thank you Lily! She was super helpful, easy to chat and made the whole experience smooth. Really appreciated her honest and thorough support!

Went to the smeaton grange outlet and met Lilly. She was fantastic and very helpful. She also gave us lots of option to suit our needs. Still to receive the product so looking forward for it.

Excellent Customer Service from Lilly. Highly recommend the product.

Such a pleasure to deal with Lilly Sifri with the purchase of my swimpsa and now other accessories.

Walked in to the store to be met by Lilly, we had called into their shop on our way to Sydney airport to fly overseas, we only had 30 minutes spare but that was enough for her to show us the models I had researched and they had the one I wanted as a demo that they were clearing as they were moving locations. After 15 minutes negotiations, which included delivery to Cowra NSW,we paid our deposit and made it to airport. I returned home from my overseas work trip and the spa was delivered in place the next day. I do a physical job and love a spa after a days work. The nitro model we purchased has been perfect to relax in. An added bonus was the Bluetooth audio that came with the demo model I wasn’t planning on adding.

Huge thanks to Steve at Spa World Adelaide!. Steve was fantastic to work with. He really took the time to listen and understand our specific needs, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything happened exactly as we wanted. What really stood out was how he handled a complicated arrangement for us. Even when unexpected things popped up out of anyone's control, he kept us completely reassured and made the whole process seamless. Excellent customer service—we highly recommend asking for him!

Nirit, I just wanted to take a moment to pass on my most sincere thanks to you and the team. Our experience with Spa World has been brilliant and we continue to talk about it with whoever will listen. You took what was a (potentially) very stressful transaction and made it what it should be: easy, fun and exciting! From the support that you and Charlie gave us in the showroom, (where we didn't feel stupid and felt cared for), to the trust we felt in your partners—Geoff for the deck and Daniel with the electrician work, right to the team who delivered the spa - everyone operated as combined team, everyone respected each other and were focused on making it a positive experience for us. We even go the impression that Geoff and Daniel were as much motivated to make sure they did the right thing for you guys as they wanted to do the right thing for us. This gave me lots of confidence as they will only see us once, they see you every week. And while I am currently working with the online support to work out how to get rid of the cloudy water issue, I can safely say this experience has far exceeded my expectations. In fact, I went in our conversations having had a negative experience so our time with Spa World turned that around entirely. My feedback is keep doing what you are doing: 1. keep focusing on the customer 2. keep operating as broader team (the connectedness between you, geoff and daniel stands out) 3. keep wanting to know if the customer is ok - I have really appreciated the calls and sms's from you checking in throughout the process You and the team have allowed us to enjoy us spoiling (investing) in ourselves and not stress about it. Thankyou very much,

Great service from Lily, thanks for your work and help, we got the best price and service, really appropriated, thanks!
