I received my 5 seater Mercury spa last week and had the handover today with Kat and Jon. Leon gave me an incredible deal and Kat took care of me right from purchase to install/handover. Love our Spa and the Service by SpaWorld Dandenong, Vic We were very impressed with the customer service, sales, information supplied and ongoing service offered by all the staff - especially Trent who went through all our options and talked about our wants/needs/ size of our yard (small) best fit for us. We went to several other companies to research and came back to SpaWorld for our purchase. From the time we purchased until well after installation the servcie has been amazing! All our questions answered, honestly, kindly and quickly. We are only sorry that we didn't use their installers, as our installers were a living nightmare and took weeks to complete and 2 attempts for passing compliance with alot of stress and they tried to charge us more too....for their oversight/errors! We had an after installation Platinum booking, which was free, too! The technician, Alex booked a timeslot, kept in contact re his arrival time and came out to inspect our spa. He was very friendly, helpful and had excellent knowledge and gave us great information and support.

What a pleasure it was to deal with a professional as Jon Stefanides, at Spa World, Bundaberg. The Vortex Avante' Spa, steps and hand rail, chemicals, filters and everything associated with the package for a brand new spa installed, arrived on the specified date. Jon was very helpful in explaining the workings and the filtration system for the start up. It is the best Christmas present we have had in a long time, and is wonderfully relaxing with the benefit of hydrotherapy jets. Bundaberg Spa World is a 5 Star Company to deal with. Best of both worlds - Vortex Hydrozone Thank you to Trent and the team at Spa World Dandenong. We are enjoying our Vortex Hydrozone, it’s perfect for the Melbourne weather with the two seperate temperatures. The grandkids love jumping from the hot spa into the pool section. I no longer need to visit the local pool to complete my hydrotherapy :) Trent arranged the entire project, it came in slightly over budget as we went with some upgrades. We purchased our Nitro span from Steve & Jon @ Spa World Bundaberg. Fantastic support from the guys. Best of all is their support & product knowledge is second to none. They come to our hone and completed the full setup. up, very happy😁😁 Since then, I have been able to place a ceramic coating over the cover and sides for longer protection.

Shop around and research thoroughly This issues I had were plentiful, from [Name Removed] the Tullamarine sales and state sales manager dissing me in an email to other staff when I asked too many questions, to various and very different instructions and notifications. Not one but three concierges. Plans of where to be placed to be handed to them to send to delivery hots not fine. List goes on. Sales I would never go through again. After sales handover was v poor with the guy not knowing the Spanet system at all and in fact seeing it incorrectly which cost me a lot of $ first elec bill. A year later, that is, a year and four months after delivery, a major issue where half the spa was suddenly not working and no one in my regional area to assist until they finally went with someone I’d recommended originally that ‘wasn’t on their books’. It is now working. What happened? It had somehow taken itself out of its actual interface to say it was a model 2 so was only doing model 2 things when it’s a model 3. It should never have been able to do that in the first place. Very strange! That was fixed and the new comms cord (probably unnecessarily) put in and it’s all good now except the guy tested the water and the chlorine is really really high. Like too too high. As in ‘follow their instructions at the spa company and stuff the spa up eventually’ high. This is the guy they didn’t want to use because he wasn’t on their books but they had no one else in bendigo so rang me and asked what his name was. He’s brilliant. He gave me some fantastic tips for the water and I will not follow the instructions of spa world Re that anymore and all should be well. They don’t treat you as an individual and were giving me instructions for a spa heated far higher than I personally like. And - It’s a very disturbing situation when they sell regionally but don’t have service people in the area for warranty work! It should be illegal! But all well and good now. I’ll check what’s under warranty for future reference but I know the person I trust. I thank [Name Removed], nz service and warranties which was in Oz at the time I needed them, for being funny and on top of things, and the guys at Spanet who were fantastic, [Name Removed] specially, they can talk you through a lot of stuff on the phone. Lovely guys! I did want SW to take the spa back but they wouldn’t and it is v good, it’s just some people don’t care. They really don’t. It’s just a job. But some, as mentioned above, are great!

Jacuzzi J-13 Swim Spa - Fun for all of us We started looking at swim spas / plunge pools like many people during the covid lockdowns. There are so many on the market and we just couldn’t find something that satisfied our family needs. After a visit to Spa World Dandenong we found the Jacuzzi J-13 Swim Spa. It was perfect for us, the little ones can splash around, the big ones have enough space when friends are over and I can swim / do my hydro exercises Delivery was always going to be an issue, we have very limited access. Trent was able to arrange site inspection and the quote was well within his estimate. We were very excited. Trent also arranged permits and the installation, it was all so easy We use it every few days and I can’t believe how much better I feel. Go and see Trent if you are in the market he really knows his stuff

Well I went looking for a replacement SPA, I was told to visit SPA WORLD BUNDABERG, well I went no further, the service that I received was 5 STAR, the knowledge of all the different spas and pump size and all about the amount of jets was my priority. Steve had so much knowledge about all the different types with swim spas & normal spas. The best thing of all there are so many on display for you to view and sit in and try for size for you and family. Also there 2 spas in working order for you to try. I would not go anywhere else. Perfect Fisher5d Based on the reviews that I read here I chose Spa World to buy Fisher5d and everything till now goes very well, purchase, delivery and instructions. I had issue with 16 amp PowerPoint which I didn't consider before but with couple of hundreds solved. I'm going to update my review every year based on my experience with this spa while using it in my back yard.

Superior Customer Service I use our Vortex spa often during warmer months and it is very easy to maintain. After a power interruption I needed assistance resetting the controller. Within minutes of using the chatline I was referred to a service phone number contact who talked me through the procedure. I was very happy with the help given by the Spa World representative.

Thumbs up for Spa World - Underwood At a time when spa's are in short demand - Michelle from the Underwood Store went beyond what she had to do to secure us a 3 person Fisher SPA! 4 months later (due to shortage beyond Spa Worlds control) we received our spa as promised! I had a hiccup with my payment - Michelle was there with me helping me through. Delivery was easy and everything was as promised! Would buy again! I just hassled her again this afternoon asking where I would find the Serial number for my warranty! Michelle was there again! Awesome after sales service x

2nd purchase. 1st spa was a Vortex Nitro, this was awesome, we then upgraded to a Vortex Aqualap swim spa, best investment for the Canberra area can use all year round. We use ours 3-4 times per week, in the cold months we crank it up to 38 degrees just awesome. Elaine in the Fyshwick office was great to deal with, great experience both times.

Overall quite happy We purchased from Tullamarine and left the required deposit, the service was pretty good. We had a delivery date of 2 months, which got changed to 3 months. 3 weeks before delivery we got told we need to wait another 2 months and I kinda cracked the $hits. Miraculously they had a spa available and we had a delivery date of 1 week. It got delivered today and it’s perfect. Happy overall

Hi All, I hope the information/review provided herein assist's somebody else/family in the purchase of a Nitro or Vortex Spa from Spa World who by far have the best/most superior wide range of Spa's or Pool Spa's. Long stry short we visited only one Spa World Outlet at Dandenong South in Melbourne and had the pleasure of being served by Trent W who was by far the most honest, humble, well knowledged salesman best at his trade! Within an hour we walked out of Spa World being the proud owner's of the Vortex branded - Nitro Avante Hydroplus Spa. The Nitro was an easy choice because we are a family of 3 and the 5 seater (Adults) 2 seater (Kids) was perfect for when our nieces and extended family came over for a visit. The Nitro Avante Hydroplus is the top of the range for this Spa type and comfortably seats 5 adults plus 2 toddlers with ample of room and not feeling crouched and sitting like sardines. I am 6 feet tall and the longer reclining seat (LOUNGER SEAT) is perfect for me and I still feel small/tiny in it because of the amazing sizing and how well spaced out the reclining seat is. My wife being under 6 feet reclines in the second reclining seat which means we both are happy and no fighting for the recliner :) The comfort of both these recliner seats together with the ample space you feel like you are the Gold Class Cinemas, reclinig back and about to have a great expereince. Then besides the 2 awesome reclining seats you have the ONE the ONLY - Captains Seat! This spacious , relaxed seat is catered for your whole body right from your neck to your feet. There are ample of jets to cater to every muscle on your back, buttocks, calves and feet. There is a reason it is called the Captain Seat because you feel in command of the ship (Spa) and its very easy to see why you start to bark order's at other memebr's of the family. Indeed it is very commanding :) Besides these 3 functional seat types you have the 2 back massaging spa seats which could do wonder's to your back. If you have any toddlers you then have 2 toddler cool down seats. Besides all these awesome features, this Nitro Spa is nothing but a Pure Beast of Power, Energy and features galore. - LED Lighting which you can custom to your taste (Blue/Orange/Red/Pink/Purple/Green/White...YOU NAME THE COLOUR AND YOU YOU CAN SUIT IT TO YOUR MOOD) - Wi-Fi Compatibity to Start/Run your Spa from anywhere in the World! Yes you read that right.... No one is travelling due to COVID but when you do decide to go away and your family member's/relatives bug you to use your Spa you simply work your magic from your Smartphone and control all the various features of your Nitro Spa from your app. Why i find this wifi access absolutely handy is because you can control the filetering cycles, power consumption periods all from your app! This is amazing, helpful technology! PS- I am not worried about someone hacking my Spa and doing weird things to it..... Come on now..... For you wine lovers who would like to put some ice and cool your wine bottle fear not as the Nitro Avante has a wine cooler which can just do the same. - Permaframe Constructed Cabinet in a choice of colours to suit your deck, concrete, tiles whatever you choose. These cabinets are wood free and will last a lifetime i believe as they will not rot. Whats even more amazing is that these cabinets have led lights around them so in the dark/night time it is easy to access your Spa. Besides all of the above the NItra Avante we picked and customised has UV Cleaning, Steel Jets, Multiple pumps so your not disappointed by the low flow of the pressure through the jets, self cleaning cycles, AUTO Heat, Auto sleep/wake timers/ auto off/on timers. The Spa also comes with this well built solid/thick cover which helps immensly by trapping the heat inside meaning lesser elecricity being used. We put our Spa on a Concrete slab and also ensured there is adequate space to move around the spa and also have peoper access to the system board/internals if needed by the technician for any problem solving. The Avante Package we bought from Spa World Dandenong South came with a Starter Chemical Kit and Spare filters to get us underway on our Spa journey. This was truly a blessing. I have studied the art of chemical balancing with the water inside the spa, the cleaning process and also maintaining the best water life. Here are a couple of my tips you may wish to educate yourself with and dont be afraid to experiment within reason. - Find a nice place for your spa. Once you put it in your not going to be able to push it around - Get a nice concrete slab laid in (we went with 120mm) - Find a good electrician to get your electrical wiring done etc. We had to get a 32AMP Isolator for our Hydroplus Avante Nitro as it is a Powerful Beast but we have Solar power so even more of a blessing. - Research the basics around using Chlorine, cleaning liquids etc for your Spa. - Clean your Spa after every use. YOu dont have to scrub your spa but simply use the right amount of chemicals and run the auto clean cycle after each use. - Check water health with the test strips every now and then to ensur eyour water is healthy To summarise all of the above all I could say is that investing in a Spa has been the best discission for our family. My wife has a bad back and neck for life and my mum suffers from arthritis. Me, myself suffer from mild anxiety and this Spa in the last 3 months has been a game changer for us. My wifes neck has already started to improve and the heated spa has been helping my mum with her arthritis hands. My anxiety is also relaxed really well and we have all enjoyed being able to sit together, have a drink and relax after a stressful day. COVID lockdown/restrictions have been tough and having this little oasis of comfort/relaxation has been a true blessing!

Five stars for Elaine for exceptional customer service. I gave a low rating because of all the delays with the delivery of our swim spa. We ordered our spa in June and didn’t get it until early January. There were many reasons for this COVID, container shortages, wharf strikes which spa world had no control over but we were not exactly impressed with the lack of action by their CEO Andrew Pullen. However I would gladly give a 5 ⭐️ for the customer service we received from Elaine from Fyshwick branch. Elaine’s knowledge, she was always happy to answer any of our questions, and her friendly and professional service was beyond compare. During the stressful time of the delay she did everything that was in her power to do to help us out. But on a better note we absolutely love our swim spa and know it was the best decision for our family. It’s a fantastic product. Great Purchase! We have had our spa for 6 weeks now and are absolutely loving it. It does use a lot of power, but the benefits are worth it. I did hope that it was going to get rid of all my aches and pains, that hasn't happend, but taking time each day to have some quality time is having a very positive effect on my mood and overall wellbeing. Getting to spend quality time with my husband and family is a great benefit to us all. The service we received from all involved was faultless and Elaine provided us with great customer service.

6 Meter Vortex Spa review after 2.5 years We have had our 6 meter vortex spa for almost 3 years now, and it has provided a lot of entertainment for my family. It has been a overall positive experience, but there are some considerations worth noting: * The spa cover is heavy and takes 2 people to remove. While it is possible for a single person to remove, damage can result to the cover when you do this; new ones are not cheap. * Kids tend not to respect the cover when they remove it and damage it (they wont be paying to fix it), so you will be doing this, not the kids. * The clips on the spa cover are fragile and break frequently. New ones are expensive. * Ideally you should have the spa undercover. The cabinet and the cover have a tendency to discolour over time in the sun, even with the greatest of care (applying armour-all regularly). Dust storms in Canberra turn the cover red frequently and it is difficult to clean because the particles are so fine. * Spas are complex machinery with many moving parts. One three occasions in the past 2.5 years, mine has released all its water owing to a clamp losing its grip and a pipe popping off a fitting within the cabinet. * Filters work hard all the time, so I had to replace mine recently after it seized up (cost $420). * Quite often soil and sand grit is brought into the pool from the environment from people getting in and out and wind. To remove this i use a garden hose as a siphon and vacuum cleaner. I do this every few months. * The hand rail is affixed to the spa with fittings that corrode over time. Keep the water level below the hand rail and wipe any marks with white vinegar. If this were a family car (they cost similar), you would spend much more to maintain it, so overall I cant complain. Buyers should know what they are getting into however. Knowing the above would not have deterred me, but I may have designed the environment around the spa a little better.

Our Vortex Cerium is awesome! We purchased a Vortex Cerium Spa from Elaine at Spa World Fyshwick and it has been fantastic. Our Great Staycation After our last holiday we decided we needed a pool at home, but couldn’t for a few reasons, (space, rock ). We discovered the concept of a Swim Spa while watching The Chase, and went straight to Spa World to take a look. Elaine answered all of our questions and more and we have since taken delivery of our Vortex Aqualap Pro Plus. The delivery team did an amazing job getting it over the fence and into a tight spot and even came on a Sunday after rain stopped play on the Friday. We have been at home all day everyday since delivery, so it has saved our sanity. A fantastic investment we are so, so happy about.

Seamless!! We use the spa between five or six times a week for approximately 30 mins. Very easy to maintain - including balancing the water quality and cleaning. Elaine was very informative and extremely helpful from day one. The delivery and installation of the spa was complex due to the property location on a busy main street and also having to manoeuvre the spa between trees with a small crane to its final destination. The process was seamless and Elaine called before, during and after the installation to confirm it all went well. She has called since to check if it is working well and we are enjoying it. 5* :)

The fires over Christmas /New Year saw us delay delivery for safety reasons which was no problem, great followup from the whole team. Elaine was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly in explaining features of pool spa and 'best fit' for us. She followed up quickly on matters when we had a change of plans after we put a deposit on spa and kept us apprised of how things were going before delivery. Installation was handled very well and slight crack at bottom of one strap was noted by installer and fixed when technician came to install heat pump. Can thoroughly recommend Spa World.

New spa at Malua Bay NSW My wife and I purchased a three person spa from the Canberra store. The customer service and advice provided by Elaine was excellent. New Spa Purchase We have recently purchased our second Vortex spa from Spa World. After having purchased one about 6 years ago and then selling our house (and leaving the spa behind) we purchased another one exactly the same for our new property. Vortex Cobalt Avannte I bought a vortex cobalt avente from Elaine K at Spa World Fyshwick in Canberra. I was really happy with the service I got from Elaine. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I bought my spa mid January and it was delivered at my house end of January 2020. The delivery guys were very competent and made the whole process so easy. They loaded the spa on a flat bed trolley and seemlessly moved it to my back yard. The whole process took less than 15 minutes including unloading it from the truck. The product itself is great so far. I bought a product with UV sanitiser system so that I need to use minimal chemicals. It's jets and heating system is efficient and powerful and meets my needs. I have looked at few other products out there and I can definitely say you get what you pay for. There are definitely cheaper products out there but these do cost more in the long run in term of energy and chemical usage. By having a well insulated spa, you save on lot of energy costs. By having a decent filtration system including UV sanitiser, you need alot less chlorine (1.5 teaspoon after each use or same quantity once a week if you're not using). This saves you money in the long run, not to mention not having to deal with chlorine smell whilst you're in the spa. I would be very happy to recommend spaworld products.

It was a bit more work to prepare than I expected but the delivery and installation was smooth and quick. The concreter and crane company recommended were excellent. The electrician was a disappointment but my feedback was quickly responded to.

Great service and an awesome product.... We've had the Vortex Mercury spa for a month now and we absolutely love it. Everything Elaine (Spa World, Fyshwick) told us about the Spa was factual and helpful. She was a pleasure to deal with and dispelled all of our reservations. We find the spa refreshing in the hotter weather especially after Elaine advised us how to reduce the heat, and we just love the therapeutic massages and the light show after dark! Spaworld & Elaine Vortex Spas from Spaworld are one of the best purchases we have done in quite some time. Our Spa (Nitro) has been a total hit with our 3 year old boy as well. The hydro therapy component of the spa has been great. After a hard day at work/gym/playing sport, spending time there feels absolutely amazing. Very easy to fall asleep in it. The amount of customisable features available in the Vortex spa can end up making a very unique experience for you. Highly recommend Vortex spa for any family of any size. It was also great working with Elaine. She took the time to understand our needs and suggested the spa that would be perfect for our requirement and our entertaining capacity. Customer focus Went to Spa World at Fyshwick, Canberra to get information to help me choose an outdoor spa. The showroom was roomy and well presented and all the spas one could try (dry!) for size were very clean. The state of cleanliness contrasted with two competitors whose display spas were very dusty and dirty. Elaine was very knowledgable about the range of spas and accessories and over a few visits and numerous emails helped me make a decision on an available spa to meet my needs. Now I look forward to being able to do a review on the product once installed.

2 person Gemini Spa from Spa World is a GEM (no pun intended)! We saw the 2-person Gemini spa at the Royal Easter Show in Sydney. We didn't even know such a thing existed. Vortex Swim Spa We purchased our Vortex Swim Spa in late January, which was delivered early April. From start to finish I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. Love my Spectrum Spa! Recently purchased a Spectrum spa from Vortex spas in Osborne Park and we could not be happier with it! From sales to delivery, it was flawless. Mark (sales manager) was very helpful in explaining everything from maintenance and answering all our questions and what sized spa was most suited for our us. He was literally just at the other end of the line. He was great and kept the spa in store with a fixed price until we were ready to have it. The delivery people were also very accommodating as we didn't have much allowance at the sides for it to be wheeled in but they were able to work around it - this way we didn't have to pay huge amounts for a hiab crane! After sales is also very helpful with a live chat plus a website with a huge list of answers for anything and everything spa-related. Will highly recommend this company!!!

Professional service and a top quality product We use our spa at least 5 times per week. Maintenance is almost zero. A matter of adding sanitizer after each use and cleaning the filters monthly. it really is set and forget.

Love it After looking at several different spa companies to work out what styles/options were available I was very happy with the information and service provided by Trent Williams from Spa World Dandenong. Trent answered all my questions and told me exactly what I wanted to know to help make my final decision and choice in colour and options. The spa was installed on time with the installers being very careful and doing a great job and being very helpful, The follow up VIP visit to run through operation settings and maintenance was exceptionally helpful and most appreciated. As it is an outdoor spa which sits near our pool we had a pool cover made to protect the spa from the elements when not in use. We use the spa regularly, maintenance is reasonably easy and love the heating options available. One of the best purchases I have made for my relaxation health and it looks fantastic in our pool area.

She asked a few questions about what we were looking for and suggested the Vortex Xenon Avanti and we could not be happier. Fabulous product and service Elaine at Fyshwick has been fabulous from the time we walked into the show room through to answering questions post spa installation. We have never owned a spa or pool so had no idea what to do. Elaine and the installation team have always been so helpful with our questions. We are using the spa two to three times a week and have turned the temp down to enjoy cooling off in the hot weather. We will actually get use of the spa all round which is fabulous. Spa World Fyshwick ACT Being from out of town I spent quite a bit of time online looking at the options for a new spa (including reviews) before narrowing down to a couple of companies. Not only did the Vortex spas best meet my requirements, but when I went into Fyshwick to look in person, Elaine was excellent. She showed me the range/features etc, listened to my requirements and her input definitely led to a better choice. The spa was delivered and installed within 2 weeks from order which was exceptional. As impressed as I was with the pre-sale support, the fact that a minor heat pump installation issue was rectified very quickly (esp noting I live in the "sticks") shows true dedication to customer satisfaction. After a few weeks of daily use I could not be happier with the spa. If you are after a new spa in the greater Canberra region and think that the Spa World range may have something suitable then I suggest you drop in to see Elaine.

I cannot second the spa or the service I cannot second the spa or the service we purchased through Spa Word. Our family has been looking for a spa for some time and we came across Spa World during a promotion. Elaine at the Fyshwick store was very knowledgeable about the range of products and helpful in selecting a spa that met our needs. We purchased a vortex mercury in September and received delivery of it in late October. It is an absolute gem. Elaine was very helpful with the initial setup/questions we had, and we cannot thank her enough for responding to our queries after hours. A second to non-service which we really appreciated. We decided to go with the vortex due to its construction. We have setup the spa in weekend mode (only heats up Friday to Sunday) and set the temperature to 35. The spa is well insulated, the lowest I have seen the temperature drop over the 4 days was 30, on average it maintains about 32. If you are a young family like us or this is your first spa, I couldn’t fault it as your first choice. The jets are powerful and there is enough space for a family to socialise or enjoy a relaxing evening together. It takes very little effort to maintain which is a bonus given how busy we are. If you are Canberra and looking for a spa this is where you should go. Elaine, thanks again for everything. Family is loving the purchase.

Purchased a Swimspa for our disabled daughter for unlimited Hydrotherapy! The Swimspa would be used at least 5 times per week for fun and Hydrotherapy! We purchased it for low maintance reasons and running costs! We liked the size and look of the swimspa and will use it for many years to come! My daughter just loves recovering in the spa after her intensive therapy she does for her development!

life changing Great spa that has changed our life. Brendon that did the VIP handover was excellent and Dot that did the sale was perfect and helped us out a lot. The delivery department and accounts should look at making big improvements in customer relations. After the sale, accounts and delivery staff seem to have zero care for the customer. I did report a problem with a headrest at arrival, found while I was cleaning out the dirt from the delivery guys walking inside the spa when unloading it. This headrest was replaced with no problem, no fuss and arrived two days latter. Great service but just don't expect the delivery guys to have a care factor or maybe they just had one bad day.

Don’t overcapitalise your Canberra house: get a swim spa My wife has always missed having a pool, and I have always resisted because a pool in Canberra gets used about 20 days a year and is otherwise unpleasantly cold. For hydrotherapy use, however, we finally decided on an insulated heated swim spa. Elaine was knowledgeable and relevant with all our questions regarding access at our mature age, and we negotiated a contract immediately. The product was delivered 2 weeks early, and installation was perfectly organised, electrician references, cranes, heat pump installation. The online predelivery sheets are also concise and relevant, giving us confidence that we were technically ready. After two weeks, we use it often and even trot out in sub zero weather when ice is on the covers. Build quality is superior from my engineer’s perspective, and we are very pleased with our decision to drop in to spa world for a brief look around(!) Thanks go to Elaine, she understands the product in great depth and advised us honestly about products suiting our needs.

A spa in the country! Getting our choice of spa 6 hours west of Sydney was never going to be easy. However having Elaine from sales & Mario & co from service departments made the process manageable.
