SmartTub™ is an optional upgrade that allows you to fully and remotely control your spa from your device. The system comprises hardware that uses cellular transmission for easier connection and a more dependable signal than WiFi and a downloadable app.
This makes controlling your spa easy and convenient. If you are in the living room of your house or in another country, as long as you have a cellular connection, you can access the control settings on your Jacuzzi®.

SmartTub™ is a separate add-on to Jacuzzi® portable spas at a cost of $1290 and can be fitted to the spa at any time.
The SmartTub™ hardware module is installed to the spa cabinet and the downloadable app is free for the first 6 months of use.

The steps to renewing the SmartTub™ subscription is pretty simple. To help you do this, here’s the step-by-step guide you can follow.
From the home page of the SmartTub™ app, tap the “Shop” icon. You’ll see this on the lower left corner of the screen.
The next screen will bring you to the shop options. Here, you can either browse through the products and look for SmartTub™ or use the search bar to find it quickly.
Once you found the SmartTub™ renewal, simply click the “Purchase” button to proceed. This screen also shows when your subscription expires.
The next step is to select a subscription. As mentioned above, you can choose from 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year subscription options.
After choosing a subscription, tap the “Add to cart” button, then tap “Checkout”.
The next screen will ask you to select a payment method. You can choose from Amazon™ Pay, PayPal® or your any major credit cards.
After your payment has been verified, a confirmation screen will be displayed, along with an email notifying you that your subscription has been successfully renewed. That’s it! You’re all done.
