We have just had our spa delivered, and the whole process from purchase in store with Leon, the delivery guys led by Dylan, to the handover from Kat was absolutely amazing. Kat has been so efficient and friendly, from the phonecalls beforehand to the handover today. I received my 5 seater Mercury spa last week and had the handover today with Kat and Jon. Leon gave me an incredible deal and Kat took care of me right from purchase to install/handover. She has been extremely approachable with exceptional communication skills and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I would recommend Spa world to anyone wanting to buy a spa.

Just finalised Ordering a Swim Spa from Jon @ Spaworld Bundaberg. Jon provided excellent information & customer service. Buying a swim spa is a big investment and Jon helped us all the way. What a pleasure it was to deal with a professional as Jon Stefanides, at Spa World, Bundaberg. The Vortex Avante' Spa, steps and hand rail, chemicals, filters and everything associated with the package for a brand new spa installed, arrived on the specified date. Jon was very helpful in explaining the workings and the filtration system for the start up. We purchased our Nitro span from Steve & Jon @ Spa World Bundaberg. Fantastic support from the guys. Best of all is their support & product knowledge is second to none. They come to our hone and completed the full setup. up, very happy😁😁 Since then, I have been able to place a ceramic coating over the cover and sides for longer protection.

Just had our Gemini Avante spa delivered once I’ve installed it, Jon from Spa World Bundaberg came out and helped set up he gave a full detailed description of how to operate it and how to test and add chemicals. Just want to thank everyone at Spa World Bundaberg, they have been absolutely wonderful to deal with. Right from the very start we felt very comfortable dealing with professionals, starting with Leon, then a site visit from Steve and then after sales service and the initial setting up with Jon. The delivery guys were great as well, nothing was a problem for them even though they were working in confined conditions. Well I went looking for a replacement SPA, I was told to visit SPA WORLD BUNDABERG, well I went no further, the service that I received was 5 STAR, the knowledge of all the different spas and pump size and all about the amount of jets was my priority. Steve had so much knowledge about all the different types with swim spas & normal spas. The best thing of all there are so many on display for you to view and sit in and try for size for you and family. Also there 2 spas in working order for you to try. I would not go anywhere else.
