Fisher 2 Spa We’ve been using the Fisher 2 spa for over three months now, more than five times a week, and it has been absolutely fantastic. Although it’s a compact spa, it’s perfectly sized for two people and feels like a great decision both in terms of cost and space. It delivers everything we wanted without taking over the backyard. The highlight, though, is the experience itself. Ending the day soaking in the spa at night, looking up at the stars, has become a truly special moment of our day - a simple routine that feels like a luxury every time. No regrets at all. A small spa that’s made a big difference to our daily life.

Dianne was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. We had finally had our delivery from our spa but could not get a Spa Technician to come for another week. Although there has been numerous emails re set up and sent at various times it was difficult to find the right email especially when your inbox is very full. We visited the Marsden Park showroom and Dianne put us at ease. One suggestion, a spa technician should be booked in at the same time as when the delivery is being booked to arrive a day or two after.. Anyway happy we have finally bought our spa andcwe were so happy with Diannes's help that we also purchased an infra-red sauna and double pergola.. looking forward to have all set up.

Thanks to both Elaine and Diane for helping us with our spa selection. We bought a Vortex Nitro which fits well on our deck and also the aluminium Spa Steps which fits the colour scheme well and is easy to use or move around if needed. After a few weeks of use, family and friends love the Vortex Nitro. So far easy enough to maintain as well. Happy with the product.

Elaine at Marsden Park Spa World is a very professional young lady who has product knowledge on all the spas and products that Spa World offer. She sold my husband and I a Jaquzzi Spa that we love and enjoy as a family on a weekly basis.

Right from the initial contact via email my experience has been nothing but pleasurable. Elaine provide me with a detailed breakdown of the Spa, its contents and functions along with all associated costs. We then thought it would be a good idea to visit the showroom where we met Charlie. Charlie was easy to talk to and wasn't at all pushy when he was showing us the different versions. We initially were looking at a 3 seater spa but Charlie quickly pointed out the 5 seater which at the time was more or less the same cost. Due to us not quite being ready to take delivery at that point in time, Charlie accommodated us greatly by hold our Spa from March to now so we wouldn't miss out on the great deal. The last step in the process was the delivery of the Spa which took place today. Due to our house having limited access to the rear yard, I was slightly concerned with how this was going to go. Franco from Ezy Spa Movers was a fantastic help and provide great communication from start to finish which provided me a light more comfort. When the delivery guys arrived this morning, I still had some concern around bringing the Spa through the house however these concerns were quickly dismissed when I started talking to the guys. Anthony, Nick & Jacob from Spa Movers were so accommodating from start to finish. Anthony took it upon himself to totally remove our main door from the door frame & our screen door gas closer to allow free & easy access through the doorway. Anthony then when onto remove a painting and some ornaments in the hallway to avoid any breakages. The patio, hallway, rear deck were all covered with protective boards and a moving blanket was used to protect the walls. All 3 guys worked extremely well together and we extremely careful with this delivery. Anthony then finished off in flying colours by re-installing the door and flyscreen closer prior to leaving. Unfortunately service like this isn't seen to often nowadays, so well done Spa World Marsden Park.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to spaworld (especially Elaine at Marsden Park) for our great experience in our swimspa purchase and installation. When you’re worried of spending a large sum of money, concerned of council approvals and the installation process. They provided all the information and partners to make the process super easy. I honestly was concerned of how I’ve heard of other companies leaving you high and dry and not even deliver what you ordered. I would contact spaworld asking for some advice and it was quickly responded to. After the order they provided regular updates on build & shipping progress and also checking on our landscaping progress to ensure it all lines up for the delivery. I'm beyond happy for the service I received especially Elaine she’s amazing and would highly recommend to anyone.

Thank you to Elaine for all her valuable assistance in helping us decide on the perfect spa to meet the needs of our space and use case. We opted to get a heatpump so that we can reduce the temperature for weekend daytime use on a hot day, and increase it for night use. It only takes about 90-120mins to adjust the temperature 4-6 degrees (eg. from 36 to 30). As a result of the heatpumpt we use the spa everyday in all weather conditions. I was concerned about the level of maintenance. It is really simple to maintain with minimal effort once a week or once a fortnight depending on use. For clarity the end to end experience cost us the price of the spa plus these additional costs: - $4700 Slab (3m x 6m + path to alfresco) - $4100 Certification for lockable lid to remove need for a fence - $1980 Crane to lift spa over house

Purchased a Vortex Mercury a few months ago. Walked into the store hoping to learn more about spas as we had been considering purchasing one for some time . We were greeted by Elaine Kalache who was most pleasant and friendly. She patiently explained the different models and took the time to understand our needs. It's been a few months now and we are loving our purchase. Elaine is a natural sales person, she was more interested in ensuring we were comfortable and informed than a quick sale. The whole process was transparent and honest. We had to request to hold the delivery for couple of extra weeks due to rain holding up the slab. After sales service is amazing, and reinforces the fact you have made the right choice in buying from this quality company. The company even offered to honour our original contract, even after we postponed our purchase due COVID. What that meant was when we were ready to continue with our purchase, they honoured the original price on our 6m XD Vortex Swim Spa, even though they were now considerably more expensive. They answered all questions for a first time spa owner not only before install but also importantly after as well. They know they have quality brands so they have nothing to hide, they just want to get you relaxing in one at home. It was a big outlay, but we're so happy not only with the spa, but the entire purchase process with Spa World. Can't rate them more highly. Oh and definitely get the Aquasal salt chlorinator unit, Crystal clear water and really hassle free as far as chemicals go. Well worth the upgade in conjunction with the heat pump.

Spa World was upfront about costs, lead times and delivery timing and procedures from the time we ordered our spa. Knowing there was a wait from when we ordered gave us time to decide on exactly how and where we wanted the spa to be installed. Their initial estimate of delivery date was accurate which meant delivery lined up with our excavation and slab preparation. The spa itself arrived in great condition and is now a real feature of our home. If you're considering a spa, the range and support from Spa World was second to none.

Im not a customer, but had a neighbour who was a customer who did not communicate to use our front yard for way of passage to their own property, I asked one of them who instructed them to park their truck halfway across our driveway, and he was open to say it was the neighbour, he asked if I knew, I said no, and without any hesitation he said that they were told we knew and he moved his truck stopped their contract from there. End of the day, he worked professionally, stopped when he knew something illegal was being done. Guys name was Jey G., he had 2 others but he seemed to be the one to manage the situation, I commend his professional approach, no further time wasted. End of the day, yes I wasn’t a customer, but because he did things right, he took even non customers into consideration in this situation. If all workers are like him, I see a future for this company to further without tainting it’s reputation.

Great Experience. I visited the store with little to no knowledge about spas but Charlie B explained every product and the features and importance of having a spa at home.
