I popped into the showroom the weekend before Christmas and was surprised to see heaps of people around. I wandered around and, surprisingly, Harry approached me and made the whole shopping experience pretty good. He didn’t push any products; he just wanted to find the best fit and deal for us. Harry, thanks for your time and for simply listening to what we needed without trying to sell us something. I’d highly recommend Spa World Canberra. We’ll definitely be back for all our future spa accessories.

Just when we thought customer service was a thing of the past, we meet Nick at the Fyshwick store, and he was absolutely fantastic. Showing us through each spa and explaining the difference between each model was great. He also arranged for us to come back and test one of the spas. We have had our swim spa for over 18 months now. We bought it from the Fyshwick store and Harry Whyte was our consultant. Harry was terrific at the time and has continued to be incredibly helpful. When I have had a question about looking after the spa, or about anything spa related Harry has been quick to get back to me and very knowledgeable. Purchased our Vortex swim spa from Harry at the Fyshwick store. After three visits and lots of our own research we had enough confidence to finally make the investment choice. Harry was knowledgeable about the products he was selling and was genuinely nice. Still a lot to learn about use and maintenance of the spa since only recently installing, but so far we love it and continue reaching out to Harry who offers great follow up service 🙂

I went to spa world with absolutely no idea what I was talking about and had nick serve me I was able to explain what I was talking about in the dumbest way and still have him understand what I mean, he showed me how to maintain my spa in a way I would understand and it was a overall great experience

Ruby & Harry at spa world Canberra have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding their range of spas and saunas. Honestly one of the best sales experiences we've had when making a major purchase. Ruby had my kids on the hook the minute she gave them lollies.

A few months back we bought a vortex aqua lounge swim spa from Harry in Fyshwick. His knowledge is fantastic and he informed us well. We are loving the swim spa and are really feeling the health benefits.

We ordered our SwimSpa a little over a year ago - we've had to delay and postpone delivery a few times (renovations, builders, etc.) - but it was delivered last week. Harry has always been welcoming and flexible and the Spa World team behind the scenes have been helpful and effective throughout.

Elaine was fantastic. I had been looking for a swim spa for some time now. I went to them all in Narellan and Fyshwick/Canberra leaving Spa World Fyshwick to the end. I wish I had went there first. I couldn't decide between a sectioned swim spa or an all in one swim spa. Elaine asked me a few questions and from my answers, I finally knew which swim spa suited me. No other spa company offered any suggestions or advice on what would suit me better. The customer service by Elaine is outstanding and can not be faulted in anyway. Her knowledge on spa's and being able to compare them to others is very helpful. Prior to installation, myself, my electrician and concreter phoned Elaine for confirmation on what was to occur and she couldn't have been more helpful. The follow on service after the sale is definitely there until you don't want it anymore. Thank you Elaine.

One of the best customer service experience I have ever received Last year I started looking into getting a swim spa for our new place as having a pool in our old house was very high maintenance and used very minimal. I googled for spa outlets and found Spa World in Fyshwick and thought I would go in just to have a browse as we were planning for the swim spa for next year. We met Elaine and we were wowed. From the minute we walked in we felt so welcomed. Even though I told her that I was only there to have a look and wasn't ready for at least 6 months, she still spent over an hour with us was so friendly and explained everything about the product that I needed to know. I had a lot of questions and she did not hesitate to answer them. Her energy and passion about the product really sold it to me. I could see she really believed in her product. I must say she saved me a-lot of time doing my own research. We left the store got in our car drove down the end of the street and turned around as we were so excited we didnt want to wait 6 months we decided to go ahead right away. She then recommended the electrician Josh which was fantastic and recommended the concreter which did an absolute amazing job. We received our swim spa 3 weeks ago. The day we received the spa Elaine asked me to call her so she can give me a run down. We received it on a Friday by the time the electrician connected it and we filled it up it was after 7pm. I felt embarrassed to call her so late on a Friday night but surprisingly close to 8pm she messaged me to follow up to make sure everything was ok with the swim spa as she was waiting for my call. Again I was amazed. She explained everything I needed to know helped me with the use of the controller and gave me some really helpful tips on the spa maintenance. Now to the swim spa. Wow. What can I say the Vortex Aqualap is amazing. It is the best thing I have ever purchased. The kids are in it everyday. Elaine did say it will bring the family together & what can I say she was absolutely spot on. The countless hours we have spent in the swim spa as a family is priceless. I am so glad we made this purchase. I would like to say a big thank you to Spa World for the smooth process of the delivery of our swim spa. It arrived on time as promised with no hiccups. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of buying a spa in the Canberra region to look no further then Spa World in Fyshwick. Elaine was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I recently bought a Fisher 2 spa from Nick Whyte at Spa World Canberra. What an easy and enjoyable experience it was! Nick was very helpful to advise and sell me what I want. He was able to source and deliver my spa within 2 weeks even though it was early January and a lot of businesses were still closed. His after care phone call was also very much appreciated. I would recommend you give Nick a visit at Spa World for your next spa.
