Fantastic service from you guys. My control panel had failed on my LA SPA, had a local company come out to look at it with a view to repair it. I knew the original control panel was obsolete, the guy only want to sell me a $20,000 new spa, he wasn't interested in repairing it. 5 mins on the Google had me in contact with Spa World... one email later in which you responded within minutes too hard me ordering a replacement panel. Now the best bit, I ordered around midday monday in Perth, the new part arrived at 1pm the following day... I'll be honest, I thought I was going to be waiting weeks.... how wrong was I. Every now and then you come across an extraordinary exceptional sales consultant. This is what I experienced when I was was greeted by Lisa at Spa World in Osbourne Park. Her professionalism and customer service was 2nd to none. Her product knowledge and calm, not pushing attitude was much appreciated. She ensured I understood all the legal details with council by-laws etc and explained our spa had to be made and would take about 3 months. Lisa kept me up to date with everything and our Spa ready for pick up in 10 weeks. A Spa is something my husband and I have enjoyed for years. All our travels revolved around booking hotel rooms with Spas. Finally we decided to spoil ourselves and get our own one at home. We went to every shop in Perth and online to investigate our options, after all, it's a big purchase! After leaving Spa World and getting the expert advice from Angela I knew there's no other supplier I wanted to deal with. We were given extensive information about every aspect of the Spa's and comparison info. On the same day we got email quotes about the Spas we were interested in. We were still undecided and unsure about which Spa would be best for us. Angela answered all our questions, gave us all product comparisons, never once trying to force us into anything but simply helping us along this journey. Then once we made the decision, she made the process so easy and simple. The hardest part of it all was the wait for our jacuzzi to arrive! Don't look anywhere else! Angela and Spa World are fantastic. I do have one criticism... she never told me the Spa would be this good, hence all other household duties are now being neglected 😄😄

Now I can see why I can’t find reviews on my new spa its because everyone who buys one can’t be bothered writing one because there so relaxed it just makes you feel so much better each and every time! I did a huge amount of research before my purchase also watched SpaWorld’s YouTube videos and used the Jacuzzi virtual reality 3D to put it in my backyard this was really helpful to make sure you get the proper size for your space Lisa was fantastic a pleasure to deal with before and after sale really approachable if there was something that i needed to know I could email and get a response straight away made my purchase easy thank you! You just have to keep in mind when you purchase something like a spa usually you have to wait 12-14 weeks don’t worry it’s worth the wait and mine was a few weeks later it’s difficult to calculate exactly when the ship will arrive this is what I couldn’t get an answer to if you keep this in mind you won’t get frustrated or annoyed The only criticism I have was I received numerous email and calls from so many people regarding delivery and I actually received a call about delivery day and made plans before spaworld had contacted me for final payment would be nice just to deal with one point of contact to stop a bit of confusion but all went smoothly John really knows his stuff and your in good hands I didn’t get to wet test my spa so felt like was going to be a bit risky would have been nice to but we absolutely loved it as soon as we got in we use it daily keeps the kids off the iPad and gets the family together didn’t think it would change our lives so much! When I visited the Osborne Park showrooms, I was so impressed with the friendly & helpful service I received from Angela Wood. My questions were answered in a thorough and polite manner. Further questions that I emailed were answered promptly, often done after hours, so I wasn`t waiting until the next day, such is her very caring nature and excellent work ethic. Even after my purchase her exceptional service and attention to everything continued, which I was extremely appreciative of. Hi We just purchased a 6 tm Fisher spa and Vortex 3 seat sauna with the red handle . Firstly Angela and her team Beau and Dane are an asset too your organisation. I strongly suggest if your not a handy get Beau and Dane too install sauna. They were very helpful and knowledgeable with after care of your spa and sauna . That was the only downside to to Spa World, was the mix up on our Spa, no one new where it was in the warehouse. Which meant we were behind greatly with time with our landscapers. Not Angela's fault, she wasn't trained up to know what to do or who to call to get organised, because your main people were away at the time and Angela had no back up. But the one who came to our rescue was John (the courier) he was very professional, friendly and I dare say saved your bacon. A big thanks to John and Angela for their commitment. Lisa was very kind & helpful with the purchase of our Vortex Aqualap swim spa and gave her expert advise on the product. She went the extra mile to open the office on Sunday to suit our time, providing excellent customer service. This is a very expensive product and huge investment for us so we needed to make sure it met our needs. We were treated so well and professionally and she did not rush and was very careful with all the detail and in answering our questions. All the additional guidance Lisa gave us when we were doing all the prep work – was just as important. This helped build trust and confidence. Her help and advice has been exceptional. Despite delivery being held up slightly the delivery team were excellent. The installer, John provided an amazing service and took immense care with the delivery and installation. He was very kind and showed care and consideration. We also had the automated lift cover installed which has brought immense benefits to our use of the swim spa and has made things easier. We have since been enjoying the swim spa. Installed just in time for the summer months. This was a 7 month project and it has worked out well. Brilliant quality product. It has also brought the family together. Lisa has been an absolute diamond. Thank you so much. It is our belief this is very much the future of outdoor swimming/spa pools in residential areas. I stopped in late last year to explore what was available etc and spend as little as i could get away with. Quickly realised that not all spas are the same and thanks to the very knowledgable Tiffani and armed with loads of information, i made a purchase a week later for the Vortex Spectrum. This was delivered early January and has been a delight to use thus far. Overall communication and service from Spa World Osbourne Park, WA and of course Tiffani, have been outstanding.

Mark showed me several different types of spa and explained the features of each type. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me select the one that fit all my criteria. I have been using my Vortex Nitro Spa for 4 months now and couldn't be happier. As a newbie, I have phoned him several times for advice and now I am becoming an expert.

We love our Titanium Spa from Spa World Osborne Park. Mark was extremely helpful and very patient with all my questions. The heat pump is a must have. It heats and cools our spa really quickly so we can use it all year round but our electricity bill isn’t much more than it was before the spa. Highly recommend Spa World to anyone looking for a spa. It’s definitely added value to our home.

We wanted to purchase a Spa but were unsure of where to go and what to buy. We were prepared to outlay a significant amount of money for the right product and needed to trust who we were dealing with. The service at Spa World Perth is second to none, Mark goes above and beyond to make purchasing (and owning, afterwards) a spa as easy as possible. Spas are not something one buys a lot of, but if I buy a other it will be from here, and I certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality spa and excellent service.

I recently received my Vortex Swim Spa. The build quality is excellent. I dealt with Mark who was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He offered a great service, support and advice from purchase to installation. His onsite installation team were fantastic. I would definitely recommend Spa World PERTH.
