Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1. This promotion is run by Spa World Australia Pty Ltd, of 46 Topham Road, Smeaton Grange, NSW 2567 ("Spa World^®", "we", "us").

2. Promotional period

2.1. The Spring Sale runs from 12:00am on Monday 21 September 2026 to close of business on Sunday 18 October 2026, local time in the state or territory of the showroom where the purchase is made.
2.2. Orders placed outside this period do not qualify, regardless of when an enquiry, quote or showroom visit occurred.

3. The offer

3.1. During the promotional period, savings of $1,000 or more off Spa World^® recommended retail price are available on selected spas, swim spas and saunas across the Spa World^®, Vortex^®, Fisher^® and Jacuzzi^® ranges.
3.2. The saving varies by product. The discounted price for each eligible product is the price displayed or quoted in showroom during the promotional period.
3.3. Promotional prices are inclusive of GST and are quoted in Australian dollars.

4. How to qualify

4.1. To qualify, a customer must sign an order and pay a deposit of at least 30% on an eligible product within the promotional period.
4.2. Enquiries, quotes, holds and verbal commitments do not qualify. A signed order and a paid deposit are both required.
4.3. Quotes issued during the promotional period expire at the end of the promotional period unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Where the offer applies

5.1. The offer is available in participating Spa World^® showrooms in Australia only.
5.2. The offer is not available for online, telephone, email or third-party purchases.

6. Products not included

6.1. The following are excluded:
(a) ex-display and floor stock products;
(b) clearance and run-out products;
(c) spare parts, componentry and service work;
(d) water care chemicals and consumables;
(e) accessories purchased without a primary item. Accessories included in the order are included.
Accessories without a spa, swim spa, sauna, pergola or umbrella, known as primary items, are not;
(f) orders placed, or deposits paid, before 21 September 2026;
(g) any product not identified by Spa World^® as eligible for the Spring Sale.
6.2. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to an existing order, and existing orders cannot be cancelled and re-placed to access the offer.

7. Stock availability and preorders

7.1. The offer is available while stocks last.
7.2. Where stock is unavailable, a customer may place a preorder on an eligible product at the promotional price, provided the order is signed and the deposit paid within the promotional period.
7.3. Preorder lead times are estimates only. Spa World^® is not liable for delays caused by supply,shipping, manufacturing or customs. Estimated delivery dates do not form part of the contract unless confirmed in writing.

8. Delivery and installation

8.1. Delivery, craning, electrical connection, site preparation and installation are not included in the promotional price and are charged separately.
8.2. Delivery and installation are subject to site access, council requirements and a licensed electrician where applicable. The customer is responsible for ensuring the site is ready and accessible.

9. Finance

9.1. Finance is available on approved applications through Parker Lane, a trading name of Upside Downside Pty Ltd (ABN 35 608 107 428, Australian Credit Licence 482276), and Zip.
9.2. Zip 24 months interest free is available on selected products only and is not available on clearance models.
9.3. Finance is provided by the relevant credit provider, not by Spa World^®. Approval, fees, credit limits, minimum monthly repayments and terms are set by the provider and subject to its own terms and conditions, credit criteria and responsible lending assessment. Spa World^® does not provide credit assistance or credit advice.

10. Pricing

10.1. Savings are calculated against Spa World^® recommended retail price for the same product as at the start of the promotional period.
10.2. Promotional prices are the lowest prices advertised by Spa World^® for eligible products during the promotional period. Prices advertised outside the promotional period, whether earlier or later, are not comparable and do not entitle a customer to a refund, credit or price adjustment.
10.3. Spa World^® reserves the right to correct pricing errors, including obvious errors in advertised,displayed or quoted prices.

11. Deposits, cancellations and refunds

11.1. Deposits, cancellations and refunds are governed by Spa World^®'s standard terms and conditions of sale, which form part of the sales order. See in store for details.
11.2. If an order placed under this offer is cancelled by the customer, any subsequent purchase is priced at the prevailing price at that time and does not carry the Spring Sale saving.

12. Limits and combination with other offers

12.1. There is no limit on the number of eligible products a customer may purchase during the promotional period.
12.2. The offer cannot be combined with any other Spa World^® discount, promotion, voucher, staff or family pricing, trade pricing, or negotiated deal unless we agree in writing. Trade-ins are not valid on this offer.

13. Changes to the offer

13.1. Spa World^® may vary, suspend or withdraw the offer at any time, including where stock is exhausted. Any change takes effect from the time it is published and does not affect orders already signed and deposited.

14. Your consumer rights

14.1. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy a customer has under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
14.2. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

15. General

15.1. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
15.2. Where these terms conflict with Spa World^®'s standard terms and conditions of sale, these terms apply to the Spring Sale offer only, and the standard terms apply to everything else.
15.3. Spa World^®'s decision on eligibility is final.
