We ordered a new spa with Lisa Marais Osborne Park. Lisa answered all our questions in store and later via email as and when we had more queries. The customer service has been great including being contacted by Charm our dedicated person who will look after us throughout the delivery process and beyond. Spa World has been great to deal with and we look forward to delivery of our new spa.

Karen was so kind and helpful, I went in as I needed more spa chemicals, she took the time to help me understand how to use it all as we have an old spa and haven’t figured out how to dose it properly. She printed out a dosage cheat sheet suited to my needs and told me if I needed any extra support that I could just swing an email their way and they would be happy to help. They are clearly a small business who are passionate about what they do. You can tell even when buying just the upkeep supplies. She did not try to sell me anything but gave all of her knowledge. My spa is old and the care it needs was so well explained. I will 100% be back for future needs and recommend them to anyone in need of support or a new spa. Thank you Karen. 😊

I recently bought a Fisher 2 spa from Nick Whyte at Spa World Canberra. What an easy and enjoyable experience it was! Nick was very helpful to advise and sell me what I want. He was able to source and deliver my spa within 2 weeks even though it was early January and a lot of businesses were still closed. His after care phone call was also very much appreciated. Charlie was the reason we decided to purchase from Spa World. From the moment we walked in, he was genuine and honest, and just wanted to help us, not pushy in any way whatsoever. The support team at Spa World call centre were fine, and they delivered a good service, but I felt the need to chase people to get my invoice, pay my balance and confirm some things, in saying that, the consultant we worked with, Heart, especially was so lovely and a pleasure to work with. Joe our delivery driver was a true legend, he even helped me put my door back on which was above and beyond... he was wonderful to deal with and I am very grateful for the amazing service and care he took on delivery day. I doubt I've ever left a public review. But Katrina at Spa World Tauriko just changed my mind! Best experience ever. If you’re done with mediocre bros, go see Katrina at Spa World Tauriko. She’ll have you bubbling in bliss while the rest are still googling “what is pH”. Haven’t experienced this level of actual competence in over a decade. I bet she out nerds every “expert” bloke on chemistry, electrics, pumps and all that technical stuff! 😆 Zero fluff, all honesty and facts. (Oh, and no bad mouthing others nor frowning upon for trying to find something that fits your pocket.) The real reason for this review?... She actually cares. No sleazy upsell, just straight up listening, “going the extra mile” (in a split second), and sorting you the perfect spa that fits your life and budget.

Spa World, and Britney in particular, were amazing. I had no experience with spa pool use or ownership when my overseas husband suddenly decided he wanted one. So off I trekked to Spa World with nothing but a tape measure in my hand. The team (Britney!) answered all my naive questions with supreme patience. I sat in every spa and had the benefits of each brand explained to me. I left feeling completely un-pressured to buy a spa yet fully informed. I bought one the next day. Delivery was smooth with the super friendly guys patiently explaining all the features (again - I had forgotten). And then the aftercare was amazing! Fisher 2 Spa We’ve been using the Fisher 2 spa for over three months now, more than five times a week, and it has been absolutely fantastic. Although it’s a compact spa, it’s perfectly sized for two people and feels like a great decision both in terms of cost and space. It delivers everything we wanted without taking over the backyard. The highlight, though, is the experience itself. Ending the day soaking in the spa at night, looking up at the stars, has become a truly special moment of our day - a simple routine that feels like a luxury every time. No regrets at all. A small spa that’s made a big difference to our daily life.

The team at Spa World Glenorchy are great. From helping me choose the right spa, working out delivery to my difficult to access back yard (thanks again Vaughn and Mel), to the onsite setup and ongoing testing. I've had my spa about a month now, so went in for the monthly water test (all free of course). They give you a full printout of everything you need to do to treat your water with step by step instructions. Highly recommend!!!

Amazed with the unique combination of each seat jets which provides different massage experience. I bought my spa from her two years ago, and today I found myself in a complete emergency with it. I tried calling multiple places and couldn’t get any help. By chance, I found Elaine’s card from two years ago and thought I’d try calling her. Even though she wasn’t working at the time, she picked up and spent the time on the phone walking me through everything step-by-step. She calmed me down, talked me through the issue, and took so much stress off my shoulders. This kind of aftercare is almost unheard of these days. Most people disappear the moment the sale is done — but not Elaine. She genuinely cares about people, not just the transaction. Good experience and quality product. From the beginning Chris Bryant was transparent that the Sun & Sun 100 Infrared Sauna was out of stock and would arrive within the next 2 months. I decided to go ahead and preorder because this was the brand I wanted and from the great reviews Spa World was who I wanted to deal with especially if anything were to go wrong. During my wait, I was updated via email regularly as to ETA. And also chose to have it delivered and installed by their contractor which was a smooth and professional process. Product quality is excellent and I already feel the health benefits. My energy levels and my sleep has improved and it has only been 4 sessions. Dianne was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. We had finally had our delivery from our spa but could not get a Spa Technician to come for another week. Although there has been numerous emails re set up and sent at various times it was difficult to find the right email especially when your inbox is very full. We visited the Marsden Park showroom and Dianne put us at ease. One suggestion, a spa technician should be booked in at the same time as when the delivery is being booked to arrive a day or two after.. Anyway happy we have finally bought our spa andcwe were so happy with Diannes's help that we also purchased an infra-red sauna and double pergola.. looking forward to have all set up.

Our spa was later than expected but the team at SPA WORLD did an excellent job at organising an alternative spa which we loved. The installation team did an great job as it it wasn't an easy install. I have no hesitation in recommending SPA WORLD

Purchased a new spa cover as or old one had deteriorated over time. Spa world were super helpful and once I had sent through the measurements as determined by spa world it didn’t take long for there customer service team to contact me and let me know that what I had ordered wasn’t quite right. With their assistance I was able to order the right cover and it arrived without any issues.

Fantastic service from you guys. My control panel had failed on my LA SPA, had a local company come out to look at it with a view to repair it. I knew the original control panel was obsolete, the guy only want to sell me a $20,000 new spa, he wasn't interested in repairing it. 5 mins on the Google had me in contact with Spa World... one email later in which you responded within minutes too hard me ordering a replacement panel. Now the best bit, I ordered around midday monday in Perth, the new part arrived at 1pm the following day... I'll be honest, I thought I was going to be waiting weeks.... how wrong was I. Every now and then you come across an extraordinary exceptional sales consultant. This is what I experienced when I was was greeted by Lisa at Spa World in Osbourne Park. Made an online purchase and basically got a swimspa for half price (small damage to the cabinet, but very minor). Elaine from the Marsden Park showroom was amazing and super helpful. Communication was excellent, the whole process was well explained. Can't wait for the delivery of my swim spa!

The easiet Asset purchase ever. It all started with Katrina at the Spa World Tauranga showroom. She had amazing customer service skills, product knowledge was amazing and super friendly to deal with. Once we had signed up and ordered the spa the delivery and install process was just as smooth. We had done our research on the Website and the instructional and product videos were invaluable to show me how the pool works, the features and the trouble shooting with water quality etc, a fantastic website. The delivery team asked for a video showing the delivery route to be taken to the spas final location and show measurments of obstacles like our 12 steps onto a deck etc. Once this was uploaded the delivery was booked in the following week so super quick delivery. On the day the team arrived early and they had everything they needed to get the spa from the trailer up the stairs and to its final resting place ( very efficient). Billy and Alamaine stayed to complete the install and their knowledge of the product and speed of install was impressive, they were super friendly, had a great sense of humour and were just geniune nice guys, i was really impressed with how they spoke about their company which shows Spa World has a great culture, you seldom find employees talking about their company so well now days. I do think Andrew should shout them a pool each so they can unwind after a day of pushing and pulling spas around properties like mine, just do it under health and safety lol ( told you boys i would say something). Billy showed me how to bleed and set the pool up walked me through how the eco core heat pump worked ( this is amazing i would not have a spa without a heat pump now) and how to use the controller etc. The spa was up and running within 1.5 hours. These two are superstarts. The spa itself is brilliant we had our old pool for 34 years until it died but this new Fisher 5D is totally amazing we love it and look forward to many years of soaking.
