Shadowspec™ Umbrella Base Assembly

This video shows the assembly of a Shadowspec portable freestanding umbrella base. It identifies the base frame, cover, pavers and stainless steel spigot, then shows fitting the optional casters with an adjustable wrench, bolting the spigot to the plate before the pavers go in, loading the eight pavers, and fitting the decorative shroud.
