We had a fantastic experience dealing with Niriat at Spa World Alexandria. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable, and guided us through every decision without ever making us feel pressured. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole process of choosing our spa easy and enjoyable. Our spa has now been delivered and we absolutely love it. A big thank you to Niriat for all her help and great service. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a spa.

Friendly and expert service and advice. Lots of help from start to finish. Products looks great and high quality. Just waiting for installation.

Spa World have been exceptional for our journey to buy and enjoy our spa. Nirit was approachable and engaging from the start, interested in the bigger picture for us and providing helpful advice and contacts to help make our back yard and spa a dream come true. We took advantage of a promotional deal and very happy with the price and quality of the spa. After sales support has been helpful so far and overall it's been an excellent experience - recommended!

If I could give more than five stars, I would—largely thanks to the manager, Charlie. From the moment we walked in, he made my family and I feel incredibly valued as customers. He is warm, respectful, and deeply committed to customer satisfaction. Charlie went out of his way to accommodate our requests and ensured our spa day was completely stress-free. He is a true gentleman and an absolute asset to this company!" Thankyou Charlie!!

Great experience - Nirit was super helpful and were very happy with our jacuzzi. Thanks Nirit!

Nirit at Alexandria Spa World was excellent to deal with, did a great deal and actively followed up with us through the process Couldn’t recommend enough

Nirit answered all my questions and helped me decide with confidence what product best suited our needs. She was in contact throughout the process, from order to delivery and installation. Our new umbrella looks good and is easy to use; it's a great addition to the sunny balcony.

I just wanted to share some exceptional customer service I received today from Nirit. I rang the company a few days ago to ask if they could help with a repair quote for our swim-spa. Nirit explained they couldn't the reason being they only serviced their own brand. But she gave me a few suggestions of other companies. She also gave me her mobile contact, and said I could call her back if I had no luck in finding a company that could help. I rang her back a few days later and she was so helpful. She gave me a few companies and mobile numbers I hadn't found on google. I rang one of them and the company was more then happy to go out and give me a quote. That is exceptional customer service in todays climate.

We love our new spa and had a great experience at this store. Thank you Nirit for going above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!

We encountered very pleasant and knowledgeable staff who enabled us to make a clear decision on our needs. Access was easy with the car park below.

What a lovely experience it was to deal with Nirit from Spa World Alexandria. Not only was the experience efficient, she also listened to what we wanted and needed. No trying to sell us what we don’t want which is rare in today’s world. Being able to get into the spas and feel the quality of the spa was an important factor. We loved the experience and would happily recommend the company and Nirit to anyone who is in the market for a spa.

Outstanding service, great product knowledge as well which was extremely helpful

We purchased a pair of ShadowSpec Unity umbrellas through Spa World. Their service has been of the highest quality and their Sales Consultant, Nirit, has been excellent. They were able to provide the necessary advice before purchase, and followed up after delivery and later after installation. The result has been a great solution and a very pleasant process of purchase and support. Happy to recommend the Spa World team.

A big thank you to Nirit at Spa World. Her knowledge and professionalism through the sales process was outstanding. The delivery went 100% to plan and the post delivery follow up and advice from Nirit was as good as I have experienced in any industry. Service support is also first class. Really enjoying our Fisher 2 Spa.

Nirit was fabulous. Listened to our needs and got us exactly what we needed for our space and at a great price

I’ve had an excellent experience dealing with Nirit throughout my purchase of a sauna. She has been a wealth of knowledge and only too happy to provide answers to all my many questions.

Outstanding service and an incredible spa experience We recently purchased our spa from Spa World Alexandria and couldn’t be happier. The customer service from Charlie was absolutely outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure we chose the right spa for our home. The delivery and installation were just as impressive. Jay’s execution was seamless, professional, and made the whole process easy and completely stress‑free. Everything was handled with care, and the communication from start to finish was spot on. We absolutely love the spa. It’s become one of the best decisions we’ve made — especially in winter. Sitting in the warm water with a light sprinkle of rain on your face is an absolute joy, and having that experience right in your own backyard feels like pure luxury. Highly recommend Spa World Alexandria for anyone considering a spa. The team made the journey effortless, and the end result is something we enjoy immensely.

I experienced excellent service from Charlie at the Alexandria shop. His expertise is outstanding and the instructions for a new spa owner were very easy to follow. I also know if I have any questions he is very happy to help. The after sales service is excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Spa World for a quality product and excellent after sales service.

Charlie was absolutely amazing !!! He treated us with a smile and a yarn as he opened the doors first thing on a Sunday morning and I am sure the delivery process will be a pleasure

Charlie at Spa World was outstanding from start to finish. His knowledge and the information he provided were by far the best we’ve received throughout our search for a spa. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for and never made us feel rushed. Instead, he was more than willing to spend as much time as needed to ensure we chose the right spa for our needs, rather than simply trying to make a sale. What really stood out was his commitment to customer service. Charlie went out of his way to provide detailed technical information and answer our questions, even when he wasn’t “on the clock.” That level of dedication is rare and gave us complete confidence in our decision. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right spa, I highly recommend speaking with Charlie.
