Spas Port Macquarie

I have dealt with Leona at Spa World on numerous times over the past 12 months whilst researching saunas and have found her to be extremely pleasant and helpful. Leona was so knowledgable about her products and went above and beyond to even provide comparisons of other products to ensure that I was getting the best possible product for my needs. Her customer service really is next level and I would not hesitate in recommending Leona and Spa World. Thanks so much Leona 5 Stars!

This company deserves to be recognised for its service and advice. We purchased a swim spa and could not be happier with the product and the support from Matt, Leona, Kahleah, well done, wishing you every success.

Adam Lane was extremely helpful and showcased the Spa range in a direct and easy to understand manner.

Very happy with our Swim Spa. From the picking the spa to the installation everything went smoothly. After care help has been great as well, nothing is too hard, all questions answered, prompt response as well.

Spa World were terrific for the supply & install of our new swim spa. Price was great, no dramas with the delivery & install & very happy with the end product. Looking forward to its all year round use.

Matt and Leona are a professional family team, it was a pleasure dealing with Matt as he is knowledgeable with his products and Leona offered amazing support and both with their relaxed manner, no sales pressure. A delight dealing with them as they brought genuine warmth with their services. Thank you!

Highly recommend! The customer service received from Leona was amazing.

I highly recommend Matt and Leona from The Future Pool shop when buying a spa. They provide exceptional customer service. Buying a spa from them is one of the best decisions I’ve made. Our family uses the hydrotherapy spa for relaxation, parties and it has even brought us closer as a family with having more fun and pampering together. Matt and Leona are the best when it comes to pools and spas.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Spa World Port Macquarie! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Mat and Leona were both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. One of the best parts is that they’re local. It makes such a difference knowing help and support are close by and easy to access whenever needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality spa products backed by outstanding, friendly service!

Amazing service

We recently purchased a sauna from Spa World Port Macquarie and couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, Leona and Matt’s customer service was phenomenal — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right fit. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and their support has been second to none. We absolutely love our new sauna and highly recommend Spa World Port Macquarie to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service.

This place is an experience! Plenty of spas on display including a massive swim spa more like a pool! If you can’t find a spa you like with these guys you’re in trouble. Knowing we had a local point of contact was very reassuring.

Amazing range of spas and a massive showroom. It was great to check out the swim spas on display and the dedicated dark room to see what the lights in the spa look like was very impressive and not something others have. Worth checking out. We love our Vortex Spectrum spa.

From the day we walked in thinking about getting our spa we have had nothing but exceptional service. Always friendly and any questions (no matter how dumb) never an issue. We are so happy with the spa and after care service we have had. Many days and nights chilling in it.

Thank you Leonie and Matt. Love my spa, every morning have my first coffee in the spa. Starts me off relaxed and positive for the day. My grandchildren come over I’m sure not to visit me but to have a spa.🤣Thank you for the calls and help. You guys are great…..Glennyse
