I recently visited Spa World, and was greeted by Ashleigh, whom had a great depth of knowledge of the different variety of Spa's available. Called into Spa World Tweed Heads showroom on Sunday 08/01 and met Nick. He understood what we're looking for and answered our questions clearly. One thing I DID like was there was no 'hard sell'. He walked us through everything and was very professional about it. Based on that initial conversation, I would definitely recommend people go to your Tweed Heads showroom and chat with this delightful young man.

“Dropped in” to Spa World at Tweed Heads NSW, Service Rep Nick was very patient and accomodating, allowing us to browse and lounge in the showroom spas, even though we made it clear that ‘browsing would not turn to purchasing’ well…What a great approach, because we ended up purchasing!
