Spa World website provides all the information you need to know. This shows me its a very transparent company. Their honesty radiates thru sales, delivery, parts, customer support, in fact their whole business model. I purchased a Spa, jointly thru Cathy at Tweeds Heads and Michelle at Underwood. Both these women are standouts who really make you feel valued as a customer. Email support was immediate, Megan the delivery manager excelled by sending Geoff and his great crew to place the Spa in my backyard. Our 4.5 metre swim spa is fantastic. In the warmer months I am in the spa every day and sometimes many times a day. It's also easy to get in and out of and to look after. So far we have no complaints. Cathy was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. She was always approachable and cheerful.

I purchased a spa from the Tweed Heads Branch and was lucky enough to meet Cathy Dowling. Cathy is professional, informed and supported me in deciding on the most suitable Spa. The one I chose ( and really wanted) was a delivery and instalment challenge. Not to be deterred, Cathy worked with the deliverer ( they are fantastic) who did a site inspection and devised a way to get the spa in place - all at no extra cost ! I now have the luxury of the spa in my back tired. Thank you so much Cathy and to the delivery team. If you want to purchase a spa , don’t bother shopping around - fabulous price and service. What can I say about Cathy from Spa World Tweet, top shelf Service. We had the pleasure of meeting Cathy a couple of months ago, in the market for a sauna for my poor ole hip. Perfect timing they had a sauna one left on the floor until new stock came in in June. Cathy looked after us with a beaut deal and we were able to pick it up under her supervisor last week while we are here holidaying. I recommend Spa World for not only your Sauna needs there is an awesome selection of spas of course for everyones needs and budgets.

This Tweed Heads Business is one of the Top Product & Customer service centres I have ‘ever’ had the pleasure of dealing with. I had purchased (privately), a Vortex infrared Sauna but needed information for someone to help me Re-fix the glass panels on my Sauna. Now remember, I ‘did not’ purchase my Sauna from SpaWorld and that didn’t bother the wonderful Cathy one bit! Cathy who couldn’t have been more accomodating or helpful in my search, provided me with a contact tradesperson to help me and if they couldn’t, she asked me to get back to her so she could try someone else. What a wonderful ethical approach of conduct and practice for your profession. Very, very few Businesses would go out of their way like you did for me. Unfortunately (due to no one’s fault) I still have a problem with the glass panel on my Vortex infrared sauna, but Cathy has since given me sound advice with how to proceed with Vortex Spa online. Which I will review as it unfolds. Your service has not gone unnoticed Cathy. I have already spread the good word about your Business and will continue to do so. Thank you.
