I have bought 2 spas from Steve and Tom over the past couple of years and the service has been above and beyond both times. After sales support is great and I can always pop in or call to get some advice. Highly recommend these guys.

Spa world gave great service in the show room but when it came down to delivery the communication dried up, I asked for two weeks notifications before delivery but got 24 hours notification and then the delivery wasn’t complete again no communication that they didn’t have the steps in stock. Also we got promised onsite training by the installation crew, didn’t happen. I know these are little things, Communication isn’t hard. Overall happy with the spa, the website is a Complicated when you’re looking for Pacific information. 70% out off 100%

Spa world at Mile End is the place you want to head to when purchasing your new spa. 3 years ago we purchased the 5 seater vortex from Steve & we couldn’t be happier!!! We shopped around for a month or so but couldn’t fault Steve & Tom’s knowledge, price & customer service. Steve even let us arrive one afternoon in our bathers before closing to test out the vortex, it only took us 10 minutes to tell Steve to please start our paperwork 😂 Thanks again Steve & Tom for your support 👍

Dealt with Steve Whyte at the Mile and store. He was extremely patient with my husband and I. We had so many questions and were so confused. My hubby jumped in the spa, Steve showed him how the different jets worked, explained the cleaning process, we still left the store saying we needed to see other spas before making our decision, That we did, even using another spa, My hubby said it was no where near as good as spa world. We trotted back this time I had a spa and my mind was made up immediately. We are the proud owners of a vortex spa and absolutely live it. Mits the ,oat powerful spa I’ve ever used. Had Steve not been helpful and patient I would not have purchased from home,

I bought my Jacuzzi 315 from Steve and Tom in the Adelaide showroom 6 months ago and couldn’t be happier. I wanted the best hydrotherapy spa for my back and I have never slept or felt better. We purchased our 5 seater Vortex Spa from Spa World Adelaide in 2020. It is an outside spa exposed to the elements. It is used all year round, 38 degrees in winter and 28 degrees in summer. We have been extremely happy with the pre sale and post sale service from Tom and his team. They are very easy and pleasant to deal with and are very knowledgeable about their products and the industry. The spa is made of high quality materials and equipment, and has stood the test of time faultlessly. If you want a quality SPA with an equal quality experience when buying a SPA then go see Steve and Tom at SPA World on South Road. We looked around a fair bit and this team were the best by far. 12months or so after our purchase the chosen SPA has been a faultless life changer, these fellas have guided us to make it all very easy and we still call in to see Steve and Tom for a chat when passing by. Cannot go wrong.

If you're after a Spa, then this place is definitely worth a visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful and also very accommodating. We've recommended a couple other people we know who were after a spa and they both bought from here. Fantastic service, highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service ... we popped in just to "have a look" and ended up happily buying a new spa. Tom was so helpful, showed us different options to consider, explained what we wanted to know and made suggestions that related to our home set up. On the next day when we had another query and popped back into the showroom Tom was able to quickly answer our questions. Our buying experience was a very positive one ... and the service offered was warm and personal. Now looking forward to our delivery.

In 2021 we went to the Pool and Spa show and met Harry from Spa World. What an absolute professional, who has a no-nonsense approach to selling, and knows his product. He explains in detail and answers all our questions and also advised on items that we didn’t need but thought we did. We purchased the Vortex Hydrozone 1.5m, and this has been the best purchase we have ever made. It is easy to maintain and to be honest requires very little attention to balancing chemicals. We managed to fit the unit under our veranda so its fully enclosed and makes it easy to get out of on those cold evenings. Harry has been fantastic and continues to be, answering ongoing questions I have from time to time, and he is running the Canberra Store and I am in Adelaide. If you are thinking about investing in a pool, I would seriously look at this option before deciding and go and speak to the Steve or Harry at Spa World. Great Team, Great Product, Well Done!

We met Steve from Spa World at the Pool and Spa Expo and from the minute we met him, we knew we had a met an expert in the trade. We had originally been thinking about installing a pool, however after speaking with Steve we knew that a swim spa made sense. Not long after we purchased the Vortex Hydrozone Swim Spa, and let me tell you, it is the best decision and purchase we have ever made. We can swim in it all year round, set the temp to what we want and we use the spa section every single night. They are super easy to use and maintain. The service from Steve and the Spa World team was magnificent through out the whole process, always there to answer questions and made the delivery and installation process seamless. They also managed to source us a spa a lot sooner than we expected. The aftercare service is also genuine and easy to access. If you are thinking of buying a swim spa or spa, go and see Steve at Spa World you will not be disappointed!

Visited to get pricing for parts and advice re repairing my current spa. Steve provided advice in relation to sourcing parts and pros and cons of repairing ageing spa or replacing with new unit. Demonstrated new units and provided general outline of products and related brochures. Was knowledgeable about range available and obviously believes in priduct he sells. Did not pressure or push for a sale and left me to browse and read. Store well laid out and floor stock has plenty information attached re features and pricing. Pricing very reasonable.

Great experience with Steve at Spa World in buying our new spa. Steve offered excellent advice the first time when entered the store and thoroughly explained the product, other what to look for, pitfalls and listened to our needs. Steve then invited us to book in for a "wet test" to make sure it was the right spa for us. A week later my partner and our kids took the plunge and tested the spa in their showroom. As a result of this test, which I think we stayed for over an hour, we purchased. Our spa was delivered a week ago and I was very impressed with the delivery team. We have used the spa every night and even contacted Steve a couple of times as Im a spa "newbie" and wanted to ensure I was following all the directions correctly. Steve has always been friendly, informative and helpful, even when he's been on days off.

I have just purchased a spa for myself and my son and I must say the perfesonal and fantastic service I received from Steve was excellent be explained everything in detail gave me all the options and at no stage did he ever pressure me to purchase. Once I decided to purchase Stev followed up with phone calls to make sure I was aware of delivery time and what was needed to make sure the delivery went to plan. Bought my spa 2 years ago and just after Xmas my fountain jets became blocked so popped in for a chat and Steve showed me how to fix it.works just like new now.. thanks Steve for taking time to show me how to take the jet out.. very helpful Thankyou

Swim Spa arrived on time, installers did a very careful job. It took a couple of weeks for us to get an electrician but everything worked as promised once it was wired up. We had some trouble with wiring for 3-phase (which apparently is rare) and programming DIP switches for four swim jets, however the Spa World chatline was able to help us with all necessary resources. Despite careful filling we had a dreaded airlock in the Swim section (but not the Spa section. Steve helped us to work through the necessary steps to get rid of it even though it was late on a Friday evening. It was switched on for Christmas Day to the great delight of the grandchildren!

To be honest, the whole reason we bought through Spa World was due to Harry. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just pure honesty. We have recently had our Vortex swim spa from Spa World Adelaide delivered. Harry made the purchasing really easy and straightforward and didn't pressure us into any additional features like heat pumps suggesting we see how we go first. Seeing working spas in the showroom and taking us through filters and uv locations was very helpful in making a decision.

Recently purchased a swimmer & spa, couldn't be more happy with the service provided by Steve & the team at Spa world Adelaide, as we are repeat customers who bought a swim sps back in 2016 after viewing one at the Royal Adelaide show, it arrived on time just after new year , delivery went well & heat pump installed shortly after which was great given we live in a rural area on farm , great machine to come home to after a long day out in the cold & wet on the property! Steve really has gone above and beyond, I live in a remote regional area and nothing has been too hard to arrange. Spa World also has a fabulous email support service as well - I have been talked through many procedures over the phone and as a result have a great knowledge of how to use and maintain my spas. Seriously don't look anywhere else, you get what you pay for and Vortex spas are 100% worth it.
