I recently visited Spa World, and was greeted by Ashleigh, whom had a great depth of knowledge of the different variety of Spa's available. We went into the showroom at Tweed Heads today as we had gone full circle (swim spa - pool - back to swim spa). Nick Whyte was incredibly helpful in answering our many questions and whilst we had no intention of purchasing on this day, Nick presented an offer that we couldn’t refuse. Called into Spa World Tweed Heads showroom on Sunday 08/01 and met Nick. He understood what we're looking for and answered our questions clearly. One thing I DID like was there was no 'hard sell'. He walked us through everything and was very professional about it. Based on that initial conversation, I would definitely recommend people go to your Tweed Heads showroom and chat with this delightful young man.

“Dropped in” to Spa World at Tweed Heads NSW, Service Rep Nick was very patient and accomodating, allowing us to browse and lounge in the showroom spas, even though we made it clear that ‘browsing would not turn to purchasing’ well…What a great approach, because we ended up purchasing! Nick was available for all our many questions throughout the process, service after purchase from sales team was fantastic and delivery team provided friendly, professional and efficient service, the whole process from start to finish with Spa World was exceptional.

Went in to check out the opening of the Tweed Store. Nick was fantastic. He answered all our questions and understood the assignment so to speak. Being the first purchase for the Tweed Store we were lucky enough to score an awesome discount with a few goodies thrown in. This Tweed Heads Business is one of the Top Product & Customer service centres I have ‘ever’ had the pleasure of dealing with. I had purchased (privately), a Vortex infrared Sauna but needed information for someone to help me Re-fix the glass panels on my Sauna. Now remember, I ‘did not’ purchase my Sauna from SpaWorld and that didn’t bother the wonderful Cathy one bit! Cathy who couldn’t have been more accomodating or helpful in my search, provided me with a contact tradesperson to help me and if they couldn’t, she asked me to get back to her so she could try someone else. What a wonderful ethical approach of conduct and practice for your profession. Very, very few Businesses would go out of their way like you did for me. Unfortunately (due to no one’s fault) I still have a problem with the glass panel on my Vortex infrared sauna, but Cathy has since given me sound advice with how to proceed with Vortex Spa online. Which I will review as it unfolds. Your service has not gone unnoticed Cathy. I have already spread the good word about your Business and will continue to do so. Thank you.
