Last year I purchased the Aquagym Max from Spa World and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Delivery was prompt and well-organised, and the installation team did an excellent job getting everything set up efficiently and without any issues. The spa itself has been fantastic – it’s high quality, comfortable, and has quickly become a favourite spot for relaxing after a long day. The customer service team were also great, keeping me updated throughout the process and making sure I had all the information I needed. I highly recommend Spa World to anyone looking for a reliable product and stress-free experience.

We recently purchased a Fisher 7 spa, delivered a few days ago, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We visited Spaworld knowing we wanted a spa but had no idea where to start! Along came Theo, one of the helpful staff, and he made the process very easy. His knowledge, experience and helpful attitude made the journey an easy one. Also, special shout out to Ananda. The service tech who came out to our site after installation. What Ananda does not know about spas is not worth knowing! In my opinion, he went above and beyond in explaining everything about home servicing and maintenance with lots of helpful tips that you just wouldnt find anywhere else. I did my research before making a decision, and Theo Katzourakis was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process. In March this year, I pre-ordered the Vortex Prestige Sauna from Spa World, and my sales experience was outstanding. Theo was informative, transparent, and never pushy—he explained everything we needed to know without acting like a typical salesperson just trying to make a sale. Recently, we noticed a price drop before our delivery. I reached out with an inquiry late last Saturday June 7th after 8 p.m. during a long weekend in Victoria, and to my surprise, Theo responded positively within 30 minutes. I honestly didn’t expect such a prompt reply and felt bad I couldn’t get back to him straight away. So far, this has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I hope our experience using the sauna continues at the same high standard. Theo is clearly a professional, genuine, and customer-focused sales consultant—a true asset to the company.

I originally bought my SPA in 2021. We purchased a spa and Pergola from SpaWorld and, other than slow delivery which was outside their control, we have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Trent and Theo have gone out of their way over the years helping us out and explaining things to us. Strongly recommend the team at SpaWorld Dandenong.

Purchased the Vortex Hydrozone Avante Pro + through Theo for my newly built house. Have been greatly enjoying it even over the colder months, the water temperature is always the same. Have used it a lot for triathlon swim training, through which I have improved a lot since I first started. Great service from the Spaworld team in terms of getting it commissioned for the first time and any maintenance advice I’ve had.

Trent was a great guy to deal.

We purchased a spa during COVID19 time and we could not be happier with the product and service we received. The Showroom was set up perfectly to purchase, we were able to see our spa selection filled with water and in a darkened space for full effect. The delivery was only 2 weeks and Staff(we were helped by Craig) very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to phone calls and emails. Highly recommended.

I like to deal with Craig (straight forward and honest) not complicated and help me to resolve delivery obstacles. I bought the unit thru SMS only. I highly recommend him if you need spa advise or buying one.

Absolutely love my new Vortex Aquagym Swim Spa! The staff at Dandenong were fantastic and really impressed us with their knowledge and understanding of our needs. They helped us at every opportunity including the installation, obtaining the permit and they even sent someone to come show us all the cool features when we were up and running at no extra cost. Highly recommend!!!

Really good experience at Dandenong Spa World. We went with the Hot Spring's Sovereign after spending nearly 3 hours with Craig the Sales manager on 2 separate visits. He was very patient and understood what we were looking for and in the end we went with the Sovereign spa. It wasn't the cheapest we looked at but you can really tell the difference in quality compared to others we looked at. The wife love's it and the Hydrotherapy is simply amazing. Delighted with our investment!
