Spa World has lots of spa options and Lillian was friendly and helpful, showing us all the options and extra. She took time to explain the differences and value of add-ons like UV filtering so we could make an informed choice that worked for our needs. We really appreciated her approach, patience and focus of what we needed rather than normally salesperson push to just "make the sale". It's the little things that matter and the higher quality is worth the little bit extra cost. Lillian made us feel like valued customers from the first minute. We too visited the store and were greeted by Lilly. We initially were just having a preliminary look but once there and with Lilly throwing in so many extras made an impromptu decision to buy. We definitely aren't sorry though. The spa is now here and it's brilliant Fisher 5 with bluetooth speakers even. Spaworld were great throughout the whole process - so professional - delivery guys and platinum handover man also great. Highly recommend getting a spa from this store.

Thank you Spa World! After losing 29K to another spa retailer when they went into liquidation (Billabong Spas), we were very cautious in buying another spa, and on a much tighter budget having lost nearly 30K. We went into Spa World at Gregory Hills and met Fred Kalache, who listened to our story to understand our needs, and worked hard to find us the best price he could. With a 4 month wait for delivery, we departed the showroom undecided, to consider our options. Fred called us not 30 mins after we left the showroom, after having called around and secured a spa in stock at another location, which he confirmed could be delivered in 2 weeks, at an excellent price. Only 6 days later, our beautiful spa arrived and was installed. Spectacular sales and customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend Spa World and Fred - thanks so much!

We first met Lilli in 2010 when we bought our first spa and she was so informative & lovely. We were confident we had made the right choice! Our spa is still going strong almost 13 years later but now with a new owner due to selling our home. We were pleasantly surprised when walking into spa world at Gregory hills today on the hunt for a new spa for our new home! Lilli greeted us and to both our surprise we remembered each other! Again, Lilli was so helpful, friendly, kind, and made us feel so comfortable with her wealth of knowledge! Within 15 minutes of the first place we looked we had paid a deposit on our brand new spa! We were confident we didn’t need to look anywhere else knowing we were in good hands with Lilli. She did everything possible to give us the best deal she could. So excited for our new spa to arrive!!

My rating was going to be worse but I’ve given it thought and we’ll here we are. ** read to end ** Buying the spa was super easy, maybe a little too easy ;). Staff helpful and they threw in a few extras. Cost for value has been good and the overall process has been good. Delivery of the spa was annoying as the spa company contacted us multiple times requiring additional information. They could improve this process to streamline it. They will need measurements of all heights and widths of any gated area. That said, once sorted delivery was easy and quick. We did get a recommendation from Spa World for an electrician to install the required power outlet. I’d recommend shopping around or being very clear in what you want done. If the electrician installs a ‘switch’ instead of a plug, then you won’t be able to move or rotate your spa at a later date without calling out an electrician again. Recommend a switch with outdoor water proof plug( see photo).

Last Sunday, my husband and I went to the Gregory Hills store to look at spas. It has been a life long dream of my husband to own a pool. We live on a beautiful 3/4 of an acre at Silverdale with lots of trees which would make pool care and cleaning a full time job. He also has for a very long time wanted a spa. In 2009 he incurred a severe back injury while working in Operating Theatres for which he has had years of physiotherapy and hydrotherapy. Then, we met Lilli. Her knowledge of your product was truly impressive. Being a researcher, I had of course done my homework and she was verbatim in offering us the information that I had already gleaned from your website. Your spas are first class. Lilli gave us all the facts on all of the models in the showroom. We had no intention of making a decision on Sunday regarding purchase, we were just ‘out for a look.’ Based on the service we received, we bought my husband’s dream – the spa pool. Our decision was based on expert knowledge, common sense advice regarding running costs, information about water cleanliness and about the necessary foundations for the product, delivery and set up and of course on the significant therapeutic benefits the spa will offer to my husband. If your company has a reward or service recognition initiative, I request Lilli be the recipient of such a reward. She offers first class service and advice to her customers. There is no pressure to buy. The advice and the product and sells itself. She is exceptional.
