It has taken a while to write this review as we bought our spa, (the Vortex Nitro), in November (too busy enjoying our new spa :). We wanted it before Christmas but thought it would be too late but Peter ensured us that we would be enjoying our new spa on Christmas day! not only did that happen but it was also delivered earlier than expected! Our expereince from start to finish was amazing and would highly recommend Spa World if you are thinking of buying a spa. Communication, product and service was spot on!

We bought a spa today and couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the product. Peter is a pleasure to deal with, patient and knowledgeable giving you the time to think things through without being pushy. Highly recommended.

After a couple of months of research and visiting several spa shops we found Spa World at North Lakes to be far superior and more helpful than other shops we visited. We bought our Mercury Vortex spa from Nick a couple of years ago. It was the best thing my husband and I did. We have a ritual to have a spa at least three times a week. This is where we make all of our important decisions. Nick right from the get go has gone out of his way to assist us in all the questions we have thrown at him. Peter was absolutely fantastic to deal with. We went in to Spa World not knowing what to get but Peter helped us with all our questions and made the whole process very easy. We placed a spa on order and paid a deposit but unfortunately we had to cancel our order. After speaking to Peter he arranged for our deposit to be refunded straight away and said he would be happy to help in the future if we chose to order one at a later date. Fantastic company and people to deal with.

Peter was extremely helpful and responsive throughout. His advice was informative and professional. The spa is obvioulsy good quality and I am very happy with the purchase. The delivery team (Geoff and son) did a fantastic job. The spa had to be moved through my house to get to its final location. They were extremely careful and went to great lengths to ensure no damage to floors etc.

Peter and Nick have made for such an easy experience purchasing our first spa. We were clueless, and had lots of questions. They are both so friendly and helpful, and made us feel at ease about the whole process. When you walk out of the shop you feel you have just made some new friends! Great spas! Quality and range is so great. Peter and the team let us try the spas to know exactly what we were getting and make sure we were completely comfortable with our selection. I don’t generally write reviews however I feel this one is definitely warranted. September last year I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter in purchasing a swim spa for delivery mid 2022. The buying experience was second to none and felt like more then just a number. All went went, paid the deposit and the wait in anticipation began for mid 2022 delivery. In the months that followed, certain events which were out of my control resulted in leaving me with very little choice but to cancel the swim spa order. Reluctant as I was, I contacted Peter and was met with understanding and empathy. Not only did he listen to me, he worked with me to ensure I got my full deposit back (even though we were 3 months out from delivery!). From the day I had to make the phone call to cancel to when I got the full deposit back was less then a weeks turnaround - unlike some business who leave you waiting months for any sort of refund. Thank you to Spa World North Lakes (in particular Peter) who acted very fair, ethical and professional in the dealings in all stages of this process. This has left me feeling extremely confident in this business and would not hesitate to order a swim spa through this company come the more appropriate time. Peter especially made the process completely stress free and recommend everyone to deal with Peter for all their swim spa needs! Thank you again!

After comparing Spa qualities with 2 other companies and speaking to both Peter and Nick,we chose our Mercury Spa.We felt the specs on this Model and quality finish were good value for money.Built to enjoy good times.Many thanks John & Glenys .

Excellent customer service

We wandered into Spa World last August just to browse as a starting point in trying to figure out if a spa would suit our lifestyle etc. From the moment we walked into the store, we were not pressured one little bit. Peter was there to answer all of our questions (we had a lot) and he let us freely browse on our own and climb in and out of all of the display spas without hovering over us. He answered all of our questions and came across as being highly knowledgeable with regards to all of the products they carried. Within the next few weeks we decided that we did want to move forward with purchasing one and Peter walked us through the whole process - answering many emails late and night and on the weekend. As there was a delivery delay due to Covid, he made sure we were kept up to date with the status and went out of his way to help ensure that we had our delivery and set up completed in time for Christmas and our daughter's birthday. Nick came out to our house and ensured that we got the spa up and running properly and the delivery team that Spa World uses is extremely professional. Still now when we have questions, Peter is always there to answer them. Highly, highly recommend this store and Peter and Nick in particular.
