Elaine! 10 stars ⭐️ I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, but I honestly couldn’t stay quiet after the experience I just had with Elaine from Spa World.. I bought my spa from her 3 years ago, and today I found myself in a complete emergency with it. I tried calling multiple places and couldn’t get any help. By chance, I found Elaine’s card from 3 years ago and thought I’d try calling her. Even though she wasn’t working at the time, she picked up and spent the time on the phone walking me through everything step-by-step. She calmed me down, talked me through the issue, and took so much stress off my shoulders. This kind of aftercare is almost unheard of these days. Most people disappear the moment the sale is done — but not Elaine. She genuinely cares about people, not just the transaction. The fact that she remembered, answered, and went above and beyond for me 3 years later says everything about her service, her integrity, and the way she treats her customers. I’m incredibly grateful I chose to buy my spa from Spa World.The aftercare has been more important than the initial purchase, and Elaine proved that today. Had a great experience buying a spa with Dianne's assistance, she was very patient and answered all our questions, she asked us what features were important to us and gave us honest and helpful advice. She gave us space to walk around, explore our options and make a decision at our own pace while still being available whenever we had questions. During the lead up to delivery, she was approachable and responsive and easy to deal with.
