From my very first online enquiry, when the lovely Angela got back to me, the entire experience has been fantastic. Angela was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions with patience, managed to secure me a really great deal, and made the whole purchasing process so easy and stress-free. The installation team were equally wonderful. Considering I live five hours south of Perth, I was particularly impressed with the service they provided. The gentlemen who came to install my spa were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They took their time, gave me plenty of options regarding how and where I would like everything positioned, and were incredibly patient in explaining everything to me. Nothing was too much trouble. What really impressed me was receiving a phone call a couple of days after installation from the lovely Angela, just checking in to see how I was getting on with my new spa and making sure everything was working as it should. That kind of genuine customer care is something you don't come across nearly often enough these days! I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Spa World, Angela and the installation team. Every single step of the process has been an absolute pleasure. I would recommend them without hesitation, and if I ever need anything else they sell, Spa World will absolutely be my first port of call. I initially went in there for measurements, for a wall mounted umbrella that I wish to purchase. I was met by a lady, who introduced herself as Lisa. Her service was 2nd to none. I don't usually write reviews, but Angela at Spa World definitely deserves one. Buying a spa is a pretty big investment and I was honestly expecting a stressful, high-pressure showroom experience. Angela completely flipped that on its head. She was so incredibly patient with all my random questions and just felt like a friend helping me make the right choice rather than someone trying to hit a sales target. Super down-to-earth and genuinely cares about getting you what you actually need. 10/10 experience.

I want to give a special mention to Lisa from Spa world for the incredible service I received from my very first enquiry right through to after my spa was delivered and installed. I spent a LONG time researching spas — I must have visited just about every spa showroom across Perth, including south of the river, some more than once! Lisa was consistently informative, knowledgeable and never pushy. What really helped me finally make my decision was being able to do a wet test. From there, the whole process was easy, positive and thorough, with Lisa making sure everything was confirmed and that I knew exactly what to expect. The tradespeople Lisa recommended were also fantastic — professional, knowledgeable and happy to share those little tips that make the whole process so much easier. What really stood out, though, was the aftercare. When I filled my spa for the first time, I encountered an issue and contacted Lisa. She responded straight away and even FaceTimed me to talk me through what I needed to do. That level of service after the sale is incredibly rare and was genuinely above and beyond. Thank you, Lisa, for your patience, knowledge and outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. After all my research, I’m so pleased with my decision and would absolutely recommend you to anyone looking to purchase a spa.

We would highly recommend spa world if you are thinking of buying a spa. We have bought spas and swim spas with them at 3 different properties now; a large swim spa, an 8 seater spa and now a 3 seater spa. Lisa, the Manager, is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Their service is exceptional and after care is also exceptional. 5 stars from us. :)

The absolute best place to buy a swim spa! Before visiting Spa World, we took our time and toured numerous other showrooms, but none of them compared to the service we received from Angela Wood.While other places felt routine, Angela actually took the time to ask us questions and understand our needs. She explained the equipment and product ranges in great detail, answering every single question without ever making us feel rushed. Her incredible support didn't end with the purchase either. She has been just a phone call away for anything we've needed since. Combined with a highly professional delivery team, this has been an amazing experience from start to finish. We recently purchased a vortex neon spa and have been really impressed with the quality and the service provided. Prior to delivery, Angela assisted with numerous questions about access, requirements for the base. She put us in touch with the installer, Beau, who was also excellent. We Purchased a Spa from Spa world in March this year. Thought I would wait a while for Review. We got the Fisher 7 model. Angela was very informative and took time to explain the unit in Detail. Since we have been using the Spa it has turned out to be a Fantastic product. Easy to use and maintain. We also went with the Eco cube heat pump. Its works well and is very efficent. We did have a problem with the Spa net controller. However the back up from Spa world and Spa net was excellent. Diagnosis over the phone. New parts arrived next day. Easy to fit and all good again.
