It is a pleasure to deal with Tom Whyte from the Adelaide Showroom. His patience, communication and customer service were spot on. Questions that he didn't know the answer to were promptly followed up.

Terrific service from Steve and Tom, both before and after the delivery of our spa and pergola! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Great service from Tom. Very informative and not at all rude or pushy. Well done 👍

Great to see Steve after 12 months of receiving our swim spa

First class experience choosing and purchasing a spa from Tom at the Mile End store. Extremely helpful and accommodating, the whole journey from an in store try out of our chosen model to delivery and set up was a breeze. Highly recommend Spa World!

Steve W, an amazing salesman, knew everything about the product he’s selling. Testing out the spa while he was explaining is fantastic. All questions answered honestly, we recommend Steve at Spa World!!

I've been in contact with Tom for some time while I decided if a spa was suitable for me, and if so where I could position it. Tom had been most patient and most helpful. After visited showrooms, and with further helpful advice from both Tom and Steve, I have purchased my spa. Thank you to both. Sandra Davison

Excellent service from Tom from buying to installing and accommodating around timing of install and install complexities. Definitely recommend Tom and Spa World for everything spa

Came into the Adelaide store over the weekend and met with both Tom and Steve after receiving my Vortex Nitro last week. Their dedication on customer service was impeccable with answering all my calls even outside work hours. The best retail experience I have had in a long time! Couldn't recommend them more.

We shopped around both online and in store & Spa World Adelaide was by far the best for price, quality & customer service. Steve was very knowledgable about both saunas & spas with an honest down to earth way about him that gave us confidence to purchase a sauna from them. Next week we are going back to order a spa. Thank you Steve, job well done. Ps You will not be disappointed on product or service, would give more than 5 stars if I could. Cheers

We’re so glad we chose this spa. We were a little unsure at first because our backyard is quite small, but it has actually complemented the space beautifully and looks amazing both in the yard and when viewed from inside the house. One of the biggest surprises has been how much we use it during winter. Because it’s a smaller spa, it’s affordable to heat and maintain, so we don’t hesitate to jump in regularly. It’s become one of our favourite ways to relax at the end of the day. We’re absolutely thrilled with it and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a spa for a smaller outdoor area.

Got the nitro hydrotherapy spa and couldn't be happier, Tom was a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend the spa and the service.

Tom was so helpful and very friendly when helping me buy our Sauna, would highly recommend.

Excellent sales and after sales service by a friendly knowledgeable and genuine team. Purchased our swim spa 7 years ago from Steve and have popped in a number of occasions in that time for bits of advice on its use. Whenever any one is talking about getting a spa I have always sent them to Steve at spa world .
